Extremely welcoming staff from the moment we walked in. Great location within a 5 minute walk to the Vatican and around 20 minutes to Trevi fountain. Great restaurants 1-2 blocks away. Large rooms for Europe. Staff was there for every need!

Very nice location, close to the Vatican City. Almost all the monuments of Rome are within 20 minutes walking. Very nice and helpful personnel. They speak multiple languages. The rooms are clean and spacious. We were two adults with two children and we were very comfortable. If I come back to Rome I will definitely accommodate in this hotel

The location was great, near the Vatican and close to a street with restaurants. The hotel is very old. Scary small elevator. Looks like an hostel. no dinning room, no lobby, at night nobody is there. Our room was nice. If you come only to sleep it’s clean and ok, but if you want a nice hotel with lobby, breakfast room it’s not the place. We asked for dinner recommendations and they said they aren’t familiar with the area, which was weird.

Hotel right next to the Vatican City, so central and didn’t need to travel far to see everything. Was amazing, staff were so helpful and patient, full of information on where to go for nice food, what to see, how to get to places etc. Joanna was brilliant with us. Clean sheets and towels every day. Drinks provided on arrival. The bed was memory foam which was really comfortable! Very clean hotel and friendly attentive staff, highly recommend.

What an amazing location! I had no idea we were steps away from St. Peter’s Square. The hotel is technically located in Vatican City within the Vatican walls. We were literally on the street behind the main street leading up to St. Peter’s Square. We checked in on a Sunday around 10am from Roma Termini, and was able to catch Pope Francis’s Sunday sermon in the square. What an amazing experience to have seen and heard the Pope! The hotel was nice enough to check us in early so we could catch up the service. Our hotel room was nice and spacious. We had a separate dining table, kitchen with sink, fridge, microwave, and hot water maker. We also had our own private patio with a table and four seats. The rooftop was also a nice getaway at the hotel. You can see the basilica from the distance, and the other beautiful rooftops nearby. Overall it was a very convenient hotel, in a pristine location- 5-10 minute walk to the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant'Angelo, and the city of Rome. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location with a few minutes to the Vatican, places to dine and other landmarks The place is a bit cramped but that is what you get for staying close to the major landmarks. The rooms are modern and clean. BUT what trumps is the service of the staff especially the Manager Ms. Lordano. She was most pleasant and went above and beyond make us comfortable. Joanna was another name to mention with her positive demeanor and the willingness to make our stay comfortable. One note would be if they can provide a few sachets of coffee rather than charging .50 Euro for each. Overall an excellent stay and glad we chose Brunelleschi Luxury Holidays.

The location could not be better. You're next to the ancient walls and just around the corner from St. Peter's. The interior of our room was small, but comfy. The furnishing were new and everything was clean and tidy. The elevator was a little scary so I took the stairs up and down the 4 flights all but once. We choose the breakfast option when booking our room and it was really sad and disappointing. I assumed they would have a breakfast area where you could make a plate and eat. No. They fill a "breakfast box" in your room each morning with the same crummy pastries and some yogurt and juice in the fridge. Really a letdown in that area, otherwise everything was good to great. If you plan to get breakfast out and don't mind the stairs, then this place is in a killer location for a good price.

This hotel (or hostel as it is labelled outside of the hotel) is ok. Don't get me wrong, it's clean and all that but it is nothing more than average. Upon check in, I went to go shower only to see that the drain was clogged. we needed to call the concierge to clear/unplug it. Second, we only had hot water on day 2 of our 3 day stay. The water was lukewarm. It was welcome because it was hot outside but still...a hot shower would've been nice. Also, the safe was just a box in the closet - it wasn't bolted to anything so it didn't give us any real security that our documents were safe - someone could just walk in and walk out with the safe. It is in a great location though - just around the corner from the Vatican and the rooftop terrace was awesome -we grabbed a bottle of wine and unwound up there one night. Don't get me wrong, it was ok and reasonably priced but I likely wouldn't stay there again.

This hotel was suggested to us by friends who traveled with their kids. The family suite was exactly what we needed with a fridge, pull out sofa plus a pull out chair in one room, nice size bed in the other room, large bathroom. The a/c worked great. The rooftop terrace has a beautiful view and small play area for young kids. The breakfast box was not our thing, but the coffee maker with pods was super helpful. The elevator is tiny, and you have to first make it up about 5 stairs to reach it, so for people like us that don't travel light, its a small challenge. I doubt it would work for someone who needed a wheelchair. The elevator did fit our luggage, just no people, but we figured it out. Staff was helpful including getting me started with the clothes washer and letting us borrow a clothes drying rack. They were also helpful with lunch recommendation or calling a taxi. The location is ideal, quiet, many places to eat within a couple blocks including excellent gelato. grocery store is walkable.
