This place is in a pretty good location. There is a street card right outside that will take you to the centre of the city and a reginal train station just down the street. The place was nice, although some of the renovations looked less than professional. A lot of the furniture is from Ikea (not necessarily a bad thing)....

We write to thank the owner of that review, it's so important for us receive beautiful reviews and some little suggest from our guests! Only one little detail, to avoid someone else could understand something wrong: the croissant are fresh from pastrieserie and are brought everymorning to our guests and the coffee machine is a De Longhi machine with Nespresso...

My husband and I stayed in this B&B before and after a cruise out of Rome. The location is perfect. There is a tram right outside the door that takes you to a central stop for all the historic sites in Rome. We stayed in two different rooms. Both rooms were a good size and the murals on the walls...

We had a wonderful stay of three nights in Rome and were quiet happy with our accomodations. The B&B is located in the heart of Rome and the proximity to the bus/tram is great! Marco was most welcoming and flexible---he arranged a private limo to and from the airport and provided us with all the details we needed on transport,...

Took a while to write review as busy since return but that is no reflection on the experience we had.Loved our stay here .Although not the cheapest option I am sure the service is the best. Marco was superb, spent ages talking to us from everything from restuarants, politics ,holidays ect.He also brought fresh pasties which is always a bonus. We spent...

From the planning of our trip, the contact with Marco was efficient and welcoming. No question too small or nothing left to chance. After a lengthy flight and little sleep, we arrive at Rome. A short train ride from the airport (no need of a taxi - one way ticket is 5.50 Euro pp) and we arrived at the Trastevere...

Suites Trastevere was the perfect jewel in our quest to find a balance between convenient location, charm & hospitality! Marco, himself, was a bright spot in our visit. Our pre-arrival correspondence was consistently prompt and informative, and this attention to guest relations continued through until our departure (yesterday). It is quite evident that Marco has poured his heart into providing...

Marco is the most welcoming host, this was our first stay in many B&B's in a month in Italy. We began our research 6 months prior to arrival, and from our initial contact with Marco we were very impressed. The Inn which occupies a floor in a quaint building, is convenient to Rome, mass transportation, and the airport. The rooms...

Suites Trastevere may not be the cheapest but it certainly is worth every dime - Marco is tremendously helpful as a host and does his best to make your stay comfortable. He even made time upon arrival (with map ready in hand) to orientate and explain to us the how-to of getting around Rome. Also filling us in on the...

We are very very pleased that customers have been good and satisfied with their stay in our B&B. The comment, like all others, makes us very proud about our work. Only a small clarification, in order to not create misunderstandings with customers past and future: the coffee is not at the expense of customers, but it's available all day, h24,...

Staying in Monteverde

Neighbourhood Profile
Monteverde
Above the city on the Janiculum hill, Monteverde is Rome’s popular "getaway" neighbourhood, coveted for its greenery. Rome's largest urban park, Villa Pamphili, is the area's centrepiece with affordable prices and peace and quiet. Monteverde is just far enough away from the centre to feel like you’re on a Roman holiday and close enough to feel the lure of Rome's chaos. Though its downside is the lack of scheduled public transport, this family-oriented area is literally a well-deserved walk in the park.
