Upgraded to the room so ended up with a little balcony that overlooked st Maria church...well worth the upgrade! Rooms are clean, good size, bathroom was lovely, and brilliant location. Would highly recommend nd would stay again.
My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights and arrived after 7pm one evening. We did have to pay a late check in fee of €35 because we arrived after 7 but we did know this before check-in. The hotel is actually part of...More
Modern guest house at a perfect location, right behind the Moses Fountain. (Actually the same building)
Receptionist 'Hasan' was incredibly friendly and helpful!
He runs the complex to the highest standards!

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
