The room is small and hot at night (no AC) Street noise at night can be very disturbing during sleep hours Got charged for small bags of chips 3 euro each - the hotel put the chips on the desk (not in minibar and no price sign nearby whatsoever ) as if they were free - a piece of speared...

Stayed here 3 nts. Hotel is meticously clean staff very friendly and knowledgeable . Room is small and minimal style. However beds are clean bathroom again small good bath and shower and a bidet. If you want a good no nonsense hotel just beside the train station you won't do better. By the way breakfast also very good.

This hotel is very well located a 5 minute walk from the Termini station. The desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, giving directions to the attractions and local eateries where they provided discount vouchers. Our room while small had all the amenities and was clean, although the drain in the shower was a little smelly. In fact this was...

Our stay at the Venetia Palace was super! It was a quick walk from Roma Termini and truthfully, we've never stayed in such close proximity to a main train station, but it was far from disappointing. Our room was well appointed, and although the breakfast room was small, the food was fresh and tasty. Night time in the hotel was...

A very big plus is that the hotel is in a central, convenient location. Comfortable bed, clean, well serviced room.....but ...leaking toilet; in addition, leak from unknown source in the night onto veranda, night duty manager unsure of how to respond! A very tight, small breakfast room (food good but stressful to access it) ....but worst experience of all, was...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
