Jennifer and Juan made us feel so welcome and comfortable! The air was already on when we arrived, it was so nice and cool on this hot June day! The location was fabulous and the room nice and clean. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough good things about our experience here.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We were very happy with the apartment which had great air conditioning and very spacious. The service was great, especially Juan from reception, and the girls serving breakfast in the dining room. We especially enjoyed the breakfast with great Italian coffee :) The only drawback is that the sound insulation of the windows...

Went for cheapest level room (with no window) which didn't bother us but the room was particularly small with barely any room to unpack or store our cases. The check-in was one of the fastest and most efficient we've ever had, an very friendly. Positives: 1) Location - can't be beaten. Dead centre of everything, and easy walk all over...

The location was great. Not on a main street. Not on a crowded/high traffic back street. Walking distance to a lot of what you want to see and do in Rome. Jennifer was great to deal with before, during and after our stay. She was very responsive to our needs. Only need was really a shuttle, but she was still...

This was a perfect location between Piazza Navona and Campo di Fiore -- just a 5-minute walk to reach either one. Plus a taxi stand right around the corner and loads of great restaurants. We rented one of the apartments with a kitchen, full sized refrigerator, a small dining table and separate bedroom, nice bathroom. Plenty of room to settle...

We stayed in the two bedroom family apartment for four nights. This is a perfect location: around the corner from the Piazza Navona and practically across the road from the Campo dei Fiori. The two bedrooms are separated by a small galley kitchen and a small living area with a table and a few chairs. Our room had charming high...

This hotel is perfectly located mid way between Piazza Navona and Campo di Fiori, just off of the Via Corso. The rooms are good, the staff are all lovely and very helpful, breakfast is great, all you need for a great stay in this beautiful city.

Third time I have stayed here and it keeps getting better. Very good value for amenities and location. Ideal for those comfortable to be on their own. Helpful staff and not pushy or arrogant. Wi-fi is a moderate problem. Tends to drop and you need to be in certain locations to even get a signal.

Just returned from staying for a long weekend. There were 3 of us and we all decided this was a very good location, clean and friendly hotel. The breakfast was all that we needed and the rooms were big with enough room for the extra person. The only thing I would say it was very dark in our room even...

We stayed at the Palazzo Olivia in April. It was mostly a very enjoyable stay. A fantastic location, just a couple kms walk to most major piazza's and tourist attractions. Breakfast was always good and fresh. The biggest downside to this hotel was our room was very tiny and cramped and had no windows which made being in the room...
