We stayed at Palazzo Olivia because we knew it was owned by the same people as Cassiodoro19, which we'd also stayed at and loved. But there were no similarities between the two hotels which was unfortunate (and actually upsetting at times). Francesco, who worked at Olivia, couldn't have been more different to Stefano and Juan from Cassiodoro19. The check in... More

Just returned from a lovely week in Rome, we stayed in Apt 304 which was very clean and had a separate sitting area. Couldn't fault the place apart from you can here every movement of the people above you due to the wooden ceilings and at 4am it can be annoying especially if your a light sleeper, that was the... We have stayed several times and you just can't bet the location - lots of very good bars and restaurants nearby (non touristy). Our son and his family had a 1 bedroom suite which was spacious and well provisioned with a little kitchen - great when you are travelling with a baby. We had a standard room which was typically... No access to the metro, but we knew this before booking. Just the bus route which is the busiest in Rome so you can't get on with a suit case, you must get a taxi. Allow plenty of travel time if you need to be on time, the peak traffic is a nightmare. Loved the location for seeing the sites... More

We loved the little apartment we rented for five nights. Very handy to taxi rank which was in a wee square just a short walk away. Handy to Piazza Navona and with a Co-op nearby for supplies. The bedroom air conditioning was very effective and quiet and the kitchen had everything we needed including ice already in trays in the... More

Nice and clean hotel! Breakfast was oke, not that much of choice but it was enough. Hotel is near piazza Navona, so that is a plus! I would come here again! We had a room without any window but that didn't bother us. The staff was friendly. The bed was okay!

Jennifer and Juan made us feel so welcome and comfortable! The air was already on when we arrived, it was so nice and cool on this hot June day! The location was fabulous and the room nice and clean. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough good things about our experience here.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We were very happy with the apartment which had great air conditioning and very spacious. The service was great, especially Juan from reception, and the girls serving breakfast in the dining room. We especially enjoyed the breakfast with great Italian coffee :) The only drawback is that the sound insulation of the windows... More

Went for cheapest level room (with no window) which didn't bother us but the room was particularly small with barely any room to unpack or store our cases. The check-in was one of the fastest and most efficient we've ever had, an very friendly. Positives: 1) Location - can't be beaten. Dead centre of everything, and easy walk all over... More

The location was great. Not on a main street. Not on a crowded/high traffic back street. Walking distance to a lot of what you want to see and do in Rome. Jennifer was great to deal with before, during and after our stay. She was very responsive to our needs. Only need was really a shuttle, but she was still... More
