This is not a review as to the quality of the accommodation. I booked 2 Rome Sweet Home (RSH) apartments in Rome on a free cancellation basis with Booking.com. I cancelled both as the trip was no longer viable and on the very same day of cancelling, my bank account was charged with 20% of the stay (as T&Cs say...

Booking Pros - We booked our accommodation via Booking.com with Rome Sweet Rome (RSH). Their service was excellent, prompt with great communication via email. When we arrived there was a Rep waiting to show us to the apartment. Constanta was efficient, polite and took us through the various aspects of the apartment and Rome. Cons - We reported a leak...

The hotel is amazing, we stayed in a one bedroom suite and just had the best time. The staff was very welcoming. there is a supermarket just across the road what made a lot easier for us to buy things for the baby if we need and also for breakfast. Lots of restaurant options near by and shops just a...

The good stuff first: Absolutely central location next to the Trevi Fountain Large rooms, with a large hall and large bedrooms. The house was large for a family of four, it can definitely fit 6-8 people. Very clean Great Wifi- probably the fastest during our trip Air-conditioning works great. The bad part: Terrible organization on part of the keyholders, we...

6 of us stayed in this apt near the Trevi fountain. The apt is big and nice-the only drawback being the tiny shower (but there is another nice one). The location is perfect, everything is at a walking distance. Do avoid the restaurant right opposite (I think it's called fontana trevi or smth).... terrible food.

Location - Fantastic. Was right across Carrefour which made it very convenient. The only issue was the noise the carrefour deliveries made every morning at 5am. We are early risers so it wasn't much of an issue for us. Was a minute away from the spanish steps, eateries & train station Spagna. was easy to walk to all the attractions...

The "Rome Sweet Home" apartment at Via dell'Oca 35 is extremely well situated. It is 50m to Piazza del Popolo (with subway being at 250m). The apartment is on the 1st floor (2nd in US) but there is an elevator that we used only for luggage transport. It is very spacious, with 3 rooms en-suite WC, a living room, a...

Once you get past the 4 flights of steps, the one bedroom apartment was just like living the italian way. Small showers, small kitchen but location was perfect, not 800 meters to the spanish steps (same street). Apartment was clean and well equipped with basic cooking condiments and spices provided. Checkin was great, the best we received in Italy, Area...

This is a review for the 2nd floor flat at 85 via della Croce. My father-in-law rented this for seven of us. While the apartment appears perfectly fine, staying in it for a week showed a few problems. The beds were very hard, like sleeping on marble slabs with thin pillows. The lighting in the place tends to be bright,...

It is not easy to leave a review on tipadvisor I spent about 20 minutes figuring out how and where should I post the review. I almost gave up but thought of many people who perhaps will save their money and not stay where we were. Spanish Steps area (Rome) - Via Zucchelli 23/a (Ref. 1334) The apartment itself is...

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighbourhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (21:00), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
