The owner was wonderful, very nice and available for us. Our daughter was sick in the last day, it was expected for us to leave the room before 10 am, but the owner let us stay in the room as long as we needed to, we stay until 1 pm when our taxi arrived to take us to the airport.... More

Very close to Vatikan and other inner city highlights. Nice was that there was breakfast available - but you need to like getting up a bit later as that's rather ready at 8:45.Otherwise a place located off the main roads.

Great location close to Vatican. Family friendly. Excellent staff and is a family run place. Helped with local advice. Stayed a week during Christmas holiday. Quit neighbourhood, everything within walking distance even a chemist and mcdonalds around the corner. ,

Delighted with our stay. Great location close to Vatican and reasonable walking distance to buses and metro. Excellent hosts, spacious rooms, family atmosphere. Arrived on late flight so they offered to arrange a private transfer for €47, which was ideal as a driver was waiting for us at the airport and meant no worries finding the apartment. Giovanni was waiting... More

We stayed four nights in Rome at this b&b. There were only few rooms so we got exclusive service from the staff. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was awesome and once our staff cooked us spaghetti. I would definitely stay again in this b&b when I return to Rome.

“This is an apartment that has been converted into a b and b and there are just 3 double rooms. I believe one has a connecting door to a small room suitable for children. One room didn't have en suite when we were there, but I believe Irene is changing that so any of the rooms would be perfect. Considering we were in a residential area in Rome, it was fairly quiet. All the rooms back onto a narrow road so reasonably quiet after about 9 or 10pm.”
