We stayed 3 nights here and loved it. The hotel was chosen because of the positive Tripadvisor reports and we were not disappointed. Much more space than other Rome hotels we have stayed in, great breakfast and staff helpful and friendly. Quiet location and easy to walk to any part of Rome. We would stay here again. Loved the modern...

My family of 4 (wife/two teens) stayed here on our last night in Italy. Conveniently located to Termini, a Metro station, and a bus stop. Well decorated rooms. Ours was modernly decorated in an Asian motif with a large hot tub , quiet, and a fine breakfast was served. The staff was friendly and informative. A look at the other...

We chose this hotel because it was the highest rated in our price range. I'm so glad we did. The location was great, just around the corner from Republica Metro and a short walk from the main station, Termini. There was no shortage of bars and restaurants around the hotel and there was a Spar mini market down the main...

Stayed here for two nights prior to leaving for a cruise. I found this hotel and booked it on the web. The entrance is a little disconcerting being on a very small street with a very small entrance that you need to walk up a flight or take an ancient elevator to get to the second floor lobby. However, once...

Very nice hotel near Termini Station, 15 minutes walk from Fontana di Trevi. The hotel is located in the first floor of an old building, which means that when you arrive in this building you have no idea how modern and clean is the hotel. Excellent staff (Valeria was very lovely and helpful), clean and modern rooms. Excellent breakfast. We...

We stayed in 2 rooms with our 3 teenagers in mid August based on the reviews we had read on Trip Advisor which accurately described the hotel. Although not that centrally located (probably an extra 10-15 minute walk) , it was still convenient enough to walk everywhere and was near the metro station at Termini. We had booked on their...

First of all thanks to all staff, for their welcoming, positive and helpful attitude. They tried to answer all of our questions, and helped us out. Rooms were well-designed and very clean. I loved the bathroom, it was very stylish. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was very close to the Repubblica metro station where we had access...

We stayed in 2 rooms in this hotel with our teen children. It is modern and well appointed. The bathrooms are great! Very good value. We had a larger suite which was spacious and lovely for an excellent price for Rome. Many of the main attractions are within walking distance. Great breakfast and excellent service from the staff. We went...

Very pleased with this hotel. Location was pretty good, although it took us a while to find it! Took the shuttle bus from the airport and walked from the Termini, not far at all. Although we couldn't check in early, they let us leave our bags there and we were able to get changed and freshen up. Staff were extremely...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
