My mother and I stayed at the Hotel Villaggio Torre San Vito from 28 July to 10 August 2024 in Full Pension for the seventh consecutive year and as always we were very satisfied with the excellent quality of the services offered and for the availability, professionalism, courtesy and kindness of all the staff starting from the Director Mr. Pino, his staff at the reception Mr. Denny and Mrs. Mary, all the staff of the restaurant, all the beach and room cleaning staff and all the Orange animation team led by the talented Claudia who with their activities made us have fun throughout our stay!
We want to thank everyone for always trying to meet our every request quickly and for the patience, availability and courtesy shown especially towards our mother who is an elderly and disabled person with special needs!
All made us always feel comfortable as if we were at home and allowed us to spend a pleasant holiday in this beautiful place!
The Village, surrounded by greenery, is located on the Ulysses Riviera between Sperlonga and Gaeta and overlooks the beautiful beach of Sant’Agostino surrounded by green mountains that frame this wonderful location from which in the evening you can admire spectacular sunsets!
The restaurant “Magie di sapori”, with a splendid view of the sea, managed by the talented Chef Mr. Antonio and the very kind Director of the room Mrs. Ivana, has excellent cuisine that every day has delighted our palate with different meat and fish specialties always presented in an excellent way! The restaurant staff is polite, friendly, patient and professional and always works with a smile from morning to night!
The rooms, all recently renovated and renovated in furnishings, are comfortable with double bed, air conditioning, safe, minibar and satellite TV, and are always kept well cleaned by the cleaning staff coordinated by Mrs. Patrizia always kind, courteous and present for any need!
The sea is fantastic with crystal clear, clean water, the beach easily accessible from the rooms is very convenient for my disabled mother and is wonderful because it remained large and spacious even in July and August! A special greeting to the nice and good lifeguards Kevin and Adriana always kind and available for any of our needs!
Highly recommended, we will definitely return to be able to spend another beautiful holiday!
Greetings to all from Stefania and Maria!

The village appears elegant and well-kept, with a unique panoramic view, located between Gaeta and Sperlonga. The restaurant room is continuously renovated and has a refined style and excellent taste, both in the furnishings and in the presentation of the dishes. The garden located at the entrance of the hotel is characterized by a varied series of plants and flowers that give the environment refinement and relaxation. On the upper part of the beach there are two lawns which offer a magnificent view and guarantee the possibility of exposing oneself to the sun and having constant ventilation, thanks to the numerous maritime pines. The ideal environment for those who want to relax immersed in the greenery and the sea.

Suggestive lunch with sea view: courteous and fairly quick service, we opted for a simple lunch with a couple of tiedde to share (like stuffed pizzas, one with octopus and the other with vegetables), a first course each and a couple of fried dishes to share. All pretty good but really high prices, I imagine it's the same everywhere in the area…
To drink three drinks, water and a couple of bottles of wine.
Total bill for 5 people: €230, approximately €46 per person

Parking with umbrella and two deckchairs at the beach: €50

Structure with enormous potential but with three big flaws: 1) the restaurant prefers customers external to the structure (the patricians) who can enjoy excellent dishes on the wonderful terrace of the structure. For those staying on full board (plebeians) the internal room is reserved, and dishes that are not always tasty are served. Lunch is served by 1.30 pm and dinner is served by 8.30 pm as they have to welcome the patricians (customers external to the structure) at 9.00 pm. 2) For children under the age of three, only baby food is provided (vegetable broth, sauce or lentil puree or always the same things for lunch and dinner for 10 days. Added to this is that the meals for the little ones are left on the table at 12.00 and 19.00 without the possibility of changing time or arriving late (it happened to me one evening I found glue instead of the meal). 3) drinks are paid for including water it is not bottled. I tried several times to expose the "children's menu" problem both to the Metre and to the Director who, instead of looking for a solution, rudely replied "these are the rules of the structure" if you want we'll give you a stove and you can cook to his daughter. In the end, after having spent 3,400 euros, I had to buy some food for my daughter in the same restaurant as the hotel (14.00 euros for a fake cutlet (they were the frozen ones from the supermarket like cordon bleu) and a portion of strictly frozen chips. A piece of advice for the structure: take more care of the plebeians who are those who, with a full board stay for long periods, should be your customers par excellence

A nice beach and good overall accommodation, nice little residence, clean rooms HOWEVER very poor customer service, not worth the money you pay to stay there. Felt like being in a Army barracks! The whole staff have very poor understanding of hospitality, i am certain that this is the overall culture of the owners and managers Everything was too much for them and they really did not make people feel welcome.

Food very poor , especially if you stay with half or full board, little choice and poor quality and portions. One day the dessert option was "frutta", this consisted in one green apple served on a plate. main course were Hospital like presentation.

The staff was argumentative and did not take any comment on board.

In two days i could give you many example of their poor hospitality, here only few:
An extra bed on the beach is at extra cost event if you paid for three people in the room. ( It was September and was quite)
You can have the umbrella on the second row only as the first raw is for the paying guest only ...??
You cannot dine outside on the terrace because this is for people paying a la carte, we only had half board...???
You have one hour only to book your lunch (12.30 to 13.30) but you are told don't come closer to 13:30 or you wait long time...???

We paid 2000 euro for three rooms on half board for two nights only and we were made feel we were second category.
A very strange culture in within.

Definitely Not worth the money , shame as the place has great potential.

Sell your business if you don't love hospitality. This is my honest feedback.

Nice structure and very nice sea overall .. to improve the restaurant, monotonous and nothing that ... you eat better for those outside the hotel, which has a different menu and also has priority in eating on the terrace while for those staying at the hotel only in the restaurant. The breakfast always the same, donut redone and croissants only simple, always the same tarts... in short, if you ate well it would have been fantastic .. another thing to report, the aperitif without chips and snacks ... 8 € for a Spritz and not even a bowl of chips or peanuts ... Even the staff I have to say a little rigid and inflexible to customer requests.
Another thing to improve are the rooms, small and missing wardrobes with drawers, we could not empty our suitcases! Small shower...
Great beach service, good guys!
Cleanliness also good!

We spent a weekend here in mid-April. The Torre San Vito Village Hotel is nestled on the shore of the beach of a very suggestive bay on the beautiful coast between Gaeta and Sperlonga. The place is lovely, the hospitality and restaurant service was above our expectations. The classy restaurant and the well-functional and recently renovated room in the cottage. Even ours. little girl really appreciated the location, running far and wide throughout the village both in the solarium in the garden and in the playground and on the beach despite a suggestive sea storm.

We booked a 7 day stay for our 8 and 13 year old girls with the grandparents and it was a completely disappointing experience. The only positive note was the cleanliness of the rooms, otherwise a series of disappointments. The room was very small to accommodate 4 people for a whole week, as was the bathroom. The very small beach did not have enough space for all guests. The beach dedicated to guests is made of sharp stones, very uncomfortable and uncomfortable. Not suitable for children and elderly people. We asked to be moved to the part with the sand and were told no because the part with the sand is dedicated to seasonal umbrellas, which is absurd considering that in a week a family spends much more than a seasonal umbrella rental. Furthermore, this is not specified at the time of booking. We had booked the half board formula but the cuisine turned out to be more than poor. Raw materials of very poor quality and very limited choice, long waits to be served. Lack of essential foods at breakfast, such as soy milk for those who are allergic to lactose. Terrible fish. The restaurant room in which you are confined is practically sealed, noisy and hot while the best tables, outdoors and overlooking the sea, are reserved for occasional customers who eat à la carte, another misleading aspect during the booking phase where the photos show nice outdoor tables facing the sea. In general, all the presentation photos on the site are very misleading. The price for the services and quality offered is exorbitant, we definitely won't be back.

Our experience at Hotel Torre San Vito was really pleasant. The location is perfect, with our room just steps from the beach, ideal for relaxing. The morning walks were one of the best moments of the stay: going out early, with the sun just risen and the village still immersed in silence, was magical.

The sea is wonderful, with crystal clear water that invites you to dive in at first glance. The room was comfortable and functional, offering everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We really enjoyed the opportunity to decide whether to have lunch or dinner in the restaurant of the hotel for outings in Gaeta, which turned out to be a charming town, rich in history and picturesque views.

Overall, the stay was regenerating and allowed us to discover a beautiful part of the Lazio coast. An ideal place for those seeking tranquility, sea and the chance to explore historic places, Gaeta 🔝

I was looking for a quiet place to spend my birthday. Among the many proposals, my sixth sense brought me here. Everything perfect. Basic room but complete with everything, modern, new, clean and quiet. Bathroom with window. Small patio with table and chairs. The village is on the sea and is included umbrella and 2 sunbeds on the private beach. In the village area there are other sunbeds and umbrellas on the grass, relaxation and tranquility in front of a spectacular sunset. Sweet and savory buffet breakfast with sea view. Friendly staff, they gave us the room as soon as we arrived, four hours before check in. On the last day, we left the room, but took advantage of the beach service until the evening. Excellent value for money. There is also a restaurant where we ate very well. We will return
