Booked this hotel for one night and was really looking forward to our stay having read the excellent trip advisor reviews. Unfortunately my experience was frightening. We arrived at 11.30 pm after our flight was delayed by 30 mins and found to hotel to be completely closed and I mean completely closed. Could not gain access no matter what we tried. Phoned the hotel number, no reply. Phoned emergency contact number which from the phone code was somewhere in Bulgaria and no reply. With no other hotel nearby, its after midnight and its Naples we had no choice but to look for another hotel. This took us a very stressful hour. On returning home I discover that reception closes at 11.pm but this is not stated on our booking voucher. No apologies, no refund and very upset at our treatment especially since we are in our late 60s.

We were on a two part holiday to the area, the first was to Serrento and the 2nd to Naples. We booked direct with the hotel and communication was good and straight forward. We decided to base ourselves in the area as it looked like a safe and exciting area. We arrived by Metro mid week and chose the wrong exit from the Metro, there is one that come out next to the hotel. The hotel is based on the 5th floor of an apartment block and is serviced by a lift. The location is in the middle of a very safe area with bars, restaurants and shops, we never felt any concern even when returning late at night. Room was good with ensuite bathroom and room safe so ticked al the boxes. Quiet room, no noise from roads or adjoining rooms. Breakfast was more than required with choice of toast, croissants, cakes, cereal, hams, eggs, silami. Coffee and tea, the servers were excellent and give you a glove to serve your own food. All the staff were friendly and happy to answer questions. On our last day we were checking out early but breakfast was still served. The hotel organised a taxi for us back to the airport which was easier than back tracking via the metro, although it is not too difficult. Would we go back yes, great location, 1.2 euro on the fanuclia next door takes you to the main street and the Spanish Quarter. Walk into the main area is 3 minutes.

From a hotel that has a Travelers choice award and such great reviews, I expected more. On the plus side: the room was silent and clean. Most of the staff is really friendly and helpful, they'll try to understand you despite not knowing sufficient English. On the downside: no wifi in our room and we received the room with the curtain not fully attached, so sunlight would always wake us up early. When we went to the reception to ask to fix these issues (attach the curtain properly, get a wifi repeater or something) we were just told yes and nothing was done. The guy at the reception didn't seem to understand English but also didn't bother to try understand us or our concerns, he just said yes to whatever we said. Especially given the Tripadvisor award, it was very disappointing to receive such poor service and a room without Wifi. Toiletries were not always fully restocked after the cleaning of the room. The breakfast is okay, but I have eaten much better breakfast at other places. If I were to return to Napoli, I'd try out another hotel.

A lovely hotel in a great location in Naples, lovely area with great transport links, near metro and funicolare. Service was fantastic throughout, friendly, helpful, from before we even arrived. Our flight was cancelled and it was no problem extending our stay for 2 days which was obviously a massive relief for us.

Our apartment included an open room with kitchenette, table, chairs, and sofa. Nice tile floors and high ceilings. Good light and ventilation in main and bed rooms. Roomy, stylish bath. Room matched the website pictures. Easily walkable to St. Elmo's castle and the monastery. Metro and funiculare stations nearby for easy travel into central Naples. Excellent neighborhood for restaurants and shopping. Nice breakfast, secure entrance and staffed reception desk. Best of all was the helpful staff who offered good advice and just made us feel welcome.

Excellent friendly boutique hotel . Such friendly helpful and genuine staff. This hotel is super clean, the bed is just heavenly and it’s in a great district. Two public transport modes on the door step. It’s quiet and everything you need is in these luxurious rooms. Great restaurants and bars nearby too. I highly recommend staying here. Manuel is excellent at customer service.

Situated in the posh Vomero section of Napoli in a classic neighborhood building with security. The hotel and surrounding areas offer commanding views of the bay, Vesuvius, and the city below. Great shopping, restaurants, a market are in close proximity. There is quick and easy access to public transportation to take you anywhere in the city and/or to the islands. The rooms are well appointed, very clean, and cool. The staff was delightful and very responsive to our every need. A full breakfast (Italian style) is served daily for the perfect start to your day. Highly recommend booking your stay here- it will not disappoint!

Access by funicular or metro this makes it a perfect place to stay in Naples. The Vemero area is very high end and safe to walk around at night. There is a supermarket up the steps from the hotel and there are lots of good restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The hotel is clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Our room was extremely quiet and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Plentiful coffee choices, some cereal and fruit, maybe too many cakes and pastries for the waistline. The staff were very friendly and efficient and service was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.
