The hotel, housed in a restored noble palace dating back to the end of 1500, reinterprets with fresh design this historical building to offer a unique experience blending antiquity and contemporary use of space. The Hotel has 48 rooms and 8 apartments on 6 floors. It is only a few steps from the most interesting places: the Archaeological Museum, San Severo Chapel, Duomo Cathedral, San Gregorio Armeno, Napoli underground, Santa Chiara complex with its majolica cloister. At the entrance an astonishing court with columns and a fountain with some 18th century busts where the vault rooms of the reception and the breakfast room give onto. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The Hotel has also 2 internet points near the reception. Sometimes the hotel hosts exhibitions and installations by emerging artists.

Central location, lovely room with comfy bed. Immaculate bedding and towels. Excellent breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff including booking fixed price taxis. Drinks and snacks available during the day - what’s not to like?

Hotel's Favourite
We spent five nights at the excellent Hotel Piazza Bellini & Apartments while touring Naples and visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum. In choosing a hotel, I usually prioritize location, cleanliness, air conditioning (in warm climates), and breakfast. Since we usually only use the hotel to retreat to after a long day of touring, we don’t need many extra amenities at the hotel (e.g., no need for a swimming pool, etc.). The staff was especially nice and will order a taxi that will charge the correct price (a problem in Naples where the taxis regularly cheat tourists with 2x overcharging). The location was very convenient for walking Via dei Tribunali, as well as visiting the National Archaeological Museum, and Sansevero Chapel, and other sites. The breakfast had many choices (eggs, cold cuts, pastries, etc.) as well as preparing cappuccinos or espressos. Although classified as a 3-star hotel, it was clearly the best of that hotel class that we stayed at during our 3-week Italian vacation. I highly recommend staying here.

Hotel is well situated to visit Naples with many bars, restaurants and attractions on the doorstep. Less than 30 mins walk to central rail station and easy walk to the bay. Staff are lovely and welcoming and speak perfect English. We arranged a taxi to and from airport via the hotel at flat rate of 19.50 € and waited only a couple of minutes each time. I booked 2 duplex rooms, our daughter and her partner had a room with a toilet and shower downstairs and a bathroom upstairs, our room had only upstairs bathroom with a large bath. Both have a large terrace with views. Our room was in need of cosmetic improvement but had fridge, safe and easy to use air con. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of cold meats, cheeses, smoked salmon, cereals, boiled eggs and wonderful pastries. Only hot option was omelette and cocktail type sausages. Fruit juice and coffee were good and you can order cappuccino at no extra charge. There is no bar as such but reasonably priced cocktails and drinks can be ordered in the evening. There is an excellent cocktail bar almost next door. I felt that the hotel offered excellent value for money and would happily recommend.

My wife and I were staying in Sorrento recently and decided to visit Naples for a couple of nights at very short notice. We found the Bellini online on the Sunday and we arrived on the Monday afternoon! The hotel booking process was amazingly simple and straightfoward. On arrival, the guys on reception could not have been more friendly or more helpful. We were installed in our room and back out into the city within 10 minutes. There can be no better location from which to explore the historic sights in this amazing city...many of which are within walking distance of the hotel. Our room was spotless and well-appointed. Breakfast was absolutely superb - served in the courtyard restaurant by some very friendly and helpful people. The morning we were due to leave Naples, the guys on reception organised a taxi to take us to Pompeii as there was a train strike the morning of our pre-booked guided tour and we ran the risk of missing our booking altogether. We loved staying at Hotel Piazza Bellini. You will too.

This was our first trip to Naples and we had no idea where to stay. We had read a few reviews of hotels and chose Hotel Piazza Bellini because it was close to the Centro Storico and we did not want to drive any more than necessary. What a find! We were a party of three (parents and an adult daughter) and took the 2-br apartment. The staff was always helpful, the location perfect for sightseeing. It’s near the University and to San Gregorio (it was the Christmas season after all) and, if a bit gritty, very vibrant. Never felt uncomfortable. Plenty of bars and restaurants and convenient to both Metro lines. If you’re taking the train in, or are willing to follow the explicit driving directions to avoid the ZTL and its fines, this is a wonderful place to stay!

I enjoyed my stay here! This boutique hotel is centrally located. It was easy to get to the train station and other attractions. The staff was welcoming. Erika and Guiseppe went above and beyond to ensure that I was cared for. The courtyard is beautiful. I instantly felt like I was in Italy once I arrived to the hotel. Free breakfast was a plus too. I highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling to Napoli. You will not be disappointed.

The hotel sits on a leafy piazza that’s very lively at night with bars and small restaurants. It’s two blocks from Spaccanapoli, and two blocks in the other direction is the National Archaeological Museum of Naples. So you’re situated right in the heart of things in centro storico. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Rooms are modern and well-appointed. Breakfast is in the spacious courtyard. A good hotel; well worth considering because of its location and amenities.

Perfect location. Walk outside and there are a million places to eat right there. 2 minute walk to Via dei Tribulani where you will find many, many pizza places. Short walk to Metro station Dante. 15 minute tax ride to Napoli Centrale train station -- have the hotel call a taxi and they will arrange a flat rate of 10.50 Euros, otherwise the taxi drivers will do their best to rip you off! Our room had a courtyard view so we were protected from all the outside noise in the neighborhood. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. It was nice to sit outside and eat -- the courtyard is covered so the rain didn't bother us at all. Very nice front desk staff who gave us a few great dinner recommendations. No hesitation recommending this hotel.
