Love the Hotel; I’ve been there twice, very convenient location as it’s next to the train station and has a very nice restaurant downstairs as well as others down the street. Super clean although it can use an update on the channel line up on the TV’s to add English channels for those that understand the language.

All in all the rooms are clean and modern however I have a few points below that may assist other people from falling foul to what we experienced. - Staffs attitude stinks, apart from one guy in the bar who talked above the average. - The complementary minibar as advertised in the room is not complementary at all, we were not informed of this and there was no price list in the room. - the complementary breakfast was inferior and simplistic in comparison to other 4 star hotels in the area of similar and cheaper price. - The area that the hotel is in is deprived covered in rubbish and is clearly a rough area, if you’re walking to the hotel post 6PM watch your pockets as you will no doubt be followed. - The hotel states that it is central however, you will be looking at a 2 mile walk to any central area. - Did not successfully eat in hotel as the restaurant turned us away as the chef had went home. - No staff in the hotel spoke any English at all so there was a huge language barrier. - Finally, the bed was like sleeping on a stone with a huge gap down the middle, I must say I have stayed in some questionable hotels and this was by for the worst bed I have ever laid on. All in all we had a pleasant stay however if you’re a tourist, stay clear. This hotel caters only for local people going to the Cafe/Restaurant/Bar not willing to deal with people from outside of the area.

We booked a junior suite, and head high hopes for our stay.... The room was dirty, bathroom was mouldy and shower screen loose and dangerous. The bed was brick hard. Ac noisy and too hot. The staff were rude and aggressive when we complained. We left after one night. Dirty area with junkies roaming the streets after dark. Avoid this hotel and area if u want to enjoy naples. Good luck

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a 3 leg honeymoon trip. After some confusion on transport (nothing to do with the hotel) we discovered it's within walking distance of Naples International Airport. All was clean and tidy, reception staff were friendly and helpful - especially guiding us through navigating the Italian rail network to get out to our daytime excursions. The hotel itself backs onto Napoli Centrale railway station with walking distance to Piazza Garibaldi where most of the trains you're likely to need leave from. Room had all the essentials, bed, bathroom (with shower), television, mini bar (payable on check out as was €20 city tax) and hospitality tray. Breakfast provided by the restaurant downstairs except on Sundays which was then put in the breakfast room and as a buffet style, other days orders would be taken by wait staff. If Italian isn't your forte I would definitely advise learning a few simple words in order to make ordering easier. Our roomnwas street side, cant say that we heard anything despite it being quite busy outside! Can't fault our stay here.

Came back to this hotel after few years where I wasfullt satisfied. I was disappointed by the poor service delivered there. The TV not working and the AC doing a high noise we asked the reception for it to be fixed. Arrived at night nothing was done, receptionnist. Cale with us and fixed after a while the TV while we were waiting exhausted by a long day, and just said for the AC I can do nothing, the noise is loud and I will be unable to sleep, tge only comment was "just turn it off it is not hot tonight" with no sorry nothing and he just left this way. We asked for an alternative solution...nothing. very disappointing for a hotel with a quite nice structure and location but apparently the customer and technical service are to be reviewed completely.

It was an amazing experience! The reception workers were extremely helpful to sort out certain things like the trip to Pompeii. Very clean and spacious hotelroom. The breakfast was amazing as well with a wide range of choice. I would go back there any time because it was absolutely wonderful.

This is a comfortable hotel very conveniently located next to the main railway station in Naples on Piazza Garibaldi. It is perfect for the Metropolitan railway for getting around Naples, long distance trains, the trains down the Amalfi coast calling at Pompei and the airport buses. The staff will also arrange taxis for you and ensure that you are charged a fair price. The old part of Naples is within very easy walking distance. Rooms are comfortable (we had a Superior Room with balcony) with good bathrooms. WiFi is provided. Each room has a safe (it is quite small but fine for passports and documents). The buffet breakfast is very good. A kettle is provided. The Hotel staff were very friendly, informed and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. The restaurant next to the Hotel is excellent with very good service. We enjoyed several meals there although there are many other restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our five night stay and would be happy to return.

hotel is well located near the main station,i stayed for one night,on arrival the male (night) receptionist was grumpy (maybe he had a bad day),check in was quick. the room and bathroom were furnished modern and well equiped, there was no coffee in the room (so bring your own) and i had to unplug the tv to boil the kettle. breakfast was basic but substantial with hot and cold options and rock hard bread and day old cakes but iv had worse. the hotel really needs to look at the plumbing, the racket from the water and toilet pipes kept me awake most of the night and if you are a light sleeper like myself its something to consider if you are thinking of staying here.

We stayed at Stelle for 2 nights. The hotel is situated conveniently, with the train station being just about 400 meters away. The room was decently spacious and had a modern vibe to it. The washroom was also fitted with quality equipment. The concierge service was also friendly and helped us pick out good places for authentic Italian food. The only thing lacking was the promptness in service. We had to call the reception multiple times to get one service and even then our issue was not satisfactorily resolved.
