This was the second time we stayed here. I could go on and on about how horrible the experience was, but it would take way too long. So, here's a breakdown of what I have to say.

If I were you I would take the courtesy bus to the car hire. Walk out of the gate onto the road( a busy dual carriageway) in the town , cross over, turn right and walk about 200 yards and the hotel is on your left opposite a military college( viale Umberto Maddela, 😊). It's busy so I would feel it's a safe walk.
