We spent a week in this wonderful hotel and enjoyed it immensely. The reception staff were wonderful, so helpful and pleasant. The hotel was spotless, extremely clean and was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and when I requested extra pillows, they arrived with them within ten minutes. We have travelled around the world and would definitely rate this hotel as four stars. The location is great with easy access to an incredible public transport system which is frequent and extremely cheap. The Napoli zoo is within ten minutes walking distance. The only thing that stopped me giving it five stars was that there is no hot food at breakfast and they do have a selection of cold meats, cheese etc but when you like a cooked breakfast, this was not available. This did not spoil our experience and was a minor inconvenience. Thank you so much to all the staff for all your care and attention.

Stayed here for four nights. Really nice relaxed hotel out of the city. Greeted by David who was great and also provided us with information about where to go and using public transport. Room large for three of us, clean with a large window at side of hotel. Nice big beds. Fridge and large wardrobe. Lots of toiletries in bathroom. Huge bath and shower. 5 minutes to metro station although trains are very slow compared to other city metros. Easy to access bus at central metro station for the airport. Bars and restaurants available locally. Hotel is on a very busy road but this could not be heard in the room. It also prepared us for the crazy driving throughout Naples. Never experienced anything like it! Area around seems run down but this is not unusual for out of city areas, great local atmosphere in the evening. We found a hidden gem of a public olympic swimming pool, literally right behind the hotel, would definitely recommend a visit. Take a swimming cap - pool rules. A nice escape from the heat and city life. Breakfast was lovely with nice coffee and juices. Having the terrace in the middle of hotel was a nice place to enjoy breakfast and drinks from the bar. Would definitely stay again. All staff throughout hotel very friendly and approachable.

Situated a few minutes walk from a train station and next to the football stadium and a big exhibition centre the hotel is very well situated if you are going to either of those but otherwise there are far better options in Naples. Whilst the room was large and clean there were many drawbacks:- 1. The wifi is terrible but free; 2. One day the water didn't work; 3. The breakfast which is included is very limited. No hot options except at an extra cost; 4. The room locks are not safe. The hotel has view amenities considering it is meant to be 4 star and is quite soulless. Positives are that the parking is free, it is clean and has helpful staff

The hotel is situated near Campi Flegrei train station (5 min walk), which makes the access to the city center easy. It takes around 15 min by train to reach the city center. The hotel is an old palazzo, not a typical building, with big areas (halls, breakfast area etc) within it. The room we stayed in was really spacious, with two bathrooms (!), a mini fridge, a big tv screen and we really enjoyed it. The only drawback was the fact that the walls, between the rooms, were really thin and you could easily hear everything from the room next door (as a light sleeper, one night I could hardly slept because in the room next door, the tv was on almost all night!). The hotel personnel was really professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet had limited option, mainly sweet ones, but you could order omelettes, eggs etc with an extra charge. Ideally situated for football fans, since it's really close to Sao Paolo stadium. Moreover, it' close to Mergellina and Posillipo, probably the nicest areas in Naples.

This is a nice hotel in terms of the room, staff and service. A good value. The location is not central so if you stay here you will have to travel into the city center of Naples. There was no sporting event happening during our stay so the neighborhood was very quiet.

Nice hotel with big rooms. Place is new however breakfast is very poor, there is nothing really to do or see in the area. I would not stay there again unless I need to be in the area. I would choose sth closer to the centre.

The room was big and spacious. We had a superior room. Shower head was broken but the repair guy fixed that in no time. A big private parking lot for free. The only thing missing was an iron and board. Due to fire hazards they didn’t have it on the room or could provided. Majority of the staff were friendly. A few were very bad in English. The breakfast wasn’t that good at all. No fresh products except for the apples and kiwis. A lot of sweet stuff and if you wanted basic things like scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, turkey, chicken or fruit salads you had to pay an additional fee. The hotel is a former palace which was huge and a lot of space, but they couldn’t build a fitness area in it or any other form of physical training. Overall a good hotel to stay in for 1-2 nights but not for 8 nights like we did.

Ok - things started badly - I thought the taxi was dropping me outside a robbers den. This is a poor neighborhood - and the stadium crowd positively scarey. Even the Macdonalds near bye has brutal looking guards. The WiFi was awe full - and that was as good as it got. Another guest complained over breakfast that it hasn’t worked for 3 months. Breakfast as some ham, cheese and eggs - a very simple afair. The staff just lie about the WiFi. I felt sorry for the staff - they were really nice - obviously the management are the issue - not the staff. No complimentary water in the rooms- not even towels for me one night ( how do you forget towels?) This was expensive and at best an ordinary experience. A volcanic eruption would do well to sort out the issues.

I travel a lot and stay on every kind of hotel from 3 stars to 5 stars. This one is not 4 stars for several reasons: - Breakfast is horrible, not many options and a nescafe machine - No heat inside the room, it is 13C outside and is cold af inside the room -No iron inside the room when there is a expo right next to hot, lot of people come for business and there is no iron, i called reception they said you have to send to laundry and pay for it. Is a scam - No extra pillows or blankets - No disable access - Room service, the menu is limited and if you call to order something they always have only gnocchi to eat, which arrived cold with old bread from breakfast, no butter with it. And they charge for room service, another scam. - Location, is ok to be near a stadium, is very good if you have a congress near but if you want to do some tourism is absolutely far from everything. - Internet is always giving problems, not reliable wifi - No kettle inside the room to make a tea in this cold weather, another scam - Fridge was never filled by staff, i had to go out to buy water not to be charged extra again Now i have a cold so my planed holidays after here are ruined because there is no heat. I would give a 0 star if i could, horrible experience, never coming back if i am back in Naples.

Our room was lovely and the hotel itself was very nice. We weren’t greatly impressed with the breakfast but it was fine considering the price we paid. Our only issue was the distance from the centre of Naples and the port meaning that we had to get the train almost anywhere. Despite that there are some nice restaurants in the area
