Stayed with my husband in Il Campanile for 3 nights in june 2013. We loved this B&B! The location was great, the room was big and clean and the service was very good. The neighbourhood was really charming - old houses and churches nearby and lot of great restaurants, especially pizza places. We got a tickets for breakfast who we... More

The location couldn't be beaten whilst the room was very modern and had clearly been refurbished to a high standard. The free breakfast was a bit basic, and I'd recommend having a good idea of what you'd like to do before you arrive as the manager speaks very little English, but all in all I'd happily recommend to anyone. The... More

I recently spent a week in Naples, and had an incredibly pleasant stay at Il Campanile B&B. The property is situated on an upper floor of a centuries-old residence, on a charming historic street right in the middle of the Centro Storico. The location couldn't have been better! While the entranceway and stairway may appear a bit rundown (I actually... More

My husband and I JUST stayed with Vincenzo (Enzo) at Il Campanile June 2014. First, Enzo is very friendly and extremely helpful. He greeted us with a big smile and showed us directly to our room, which was spacious, clean and even had a small balcony. It was absolutely lovely. Enzo speaks little English, but we were able to communicate... More

My husband and I stayed here in April 2014 for 3 nights after the Easter holiday. We found it to be clean, modern, and affordable, but lacking in it's support and service for guests. If you do not speak Italian and it's your first trip to Napoli, I would absolutely not recommend you stay here. The manager is very nice... More

We stayed here three nights in early July of last year. I'm writing the review now because I'd hoped to resolve my issues with the proprietor but he continues to ignore my inquiries. You see, he charged us for four nights instead of the three that we stayed. He acknowledged the oversight at first, but now that we're asking for... More

We spent three nights over Easter weekend in Il Campanile. The location is great, right in the historical centre of Naples. After a long climb, our room was surprisingly modern and spacious. We really slept well all 3 nights here. The owner Enzo is a very friendly guy, and despite him having no English, and our limited Italian, we could... More

FANTASTIC location, clean, modern, moderately priced, safe and hospitable. Our host was lovely and his smile and lively personality is a Neapolitan welcome. Though this B and B did not have an elevator, there was a bit of a hike up to the rooms and the entrance is through a shop, it was very much well worth it and highly... More

I stayed at Il Campanile in Naples during November, and had a wonderful time. The room I had was very clean, newly redone, a large and comfy bed. The bathroom was large, spotless and had lots of hot water. It's in a terrific location—right on San Gregorio Armeno between Via Tribunali and Spaccanapoli. What an amazing street: so full of...
