This is a budget hotel. If you want to immerse yourself in true Naples culture and meet some wonderful people this hotel is perfect. The staff are warm and friendly. We were given great advice on local attractions. The rooms are clean and quirky. The shower was hot regardless of what time of day. Situated right in the university district...

Hotel is great spot for a weekend in Napels.. We took a taxi from the airport for €16 which is double what 2 bus tickets cost to the city but that would have sent additional walking ga nd a east of time.. Be careful not to get charged more by taxes driver for what ever reason. They are very slick...

The owners are kind and generous. Each room is individually decorated by an artist. Bedding is fine. Rooms comfy. Halls and reception painted in unique drawings. Very well located. Loved it. Ask for the rooms that have double glazed windows.

Arrived in late to Naples and departed to Positano early the following morning. Literally needed a decent place to sleep for a few hours. Thought this place would be adequate, but sadly it was a terrible experience. We arrived late and the staff member at the front desk was exceptionally rude. He was overly unhelpful and we had to ask...

Dear guest, we are very sorry for your bad experience you had during your stay with us. We are checking the the issue to solve it, but it seemed just a problem of setting of the remote control. " disgusting " is not a word for us.. we work hard to offer always a good service.. Looking forward to welcoming...

This is a good honest stopping point in the centre of Naples. I feel some of the featured photos may not be entirely accurate. But the rooms are adequate for a short stay. Signage is a bit of a problem but the taxi driver knew the road and we found it eventually. This was a short stay for us and...

A good hotel for tourists with a busy schedule. We arrived by alibus, but the hotel is also very close to two metro stations (Universita and Dante). We did a lot on foot, the location is very central. Even to the bay area and castell dell'ovo. The hotel is part of a larger appartment block, so you actually share a...

The neighborhood around the hotel looks sketchy, but it is in the historic district and is actually pretty cool. All of Naples just kinda looks sketchy. The hotel was average but nice. Internet was fine. It was all just average. The city itself was dirty.

I have to say that this hotel is perfectly located in Napoli city centre. You can easily walk and also the subway station is two blocks away. Rooms are tiny but clean. The thing I didn't like it about my stay there is that staff is not very friendly and all the time you ask for something like "Please, don't...

This hotel couldn't have been more central. We took the Alibus from the airport and the driver dropped us off at the bottom of our street, Mezzocannone. It's not a long street but the hotel was a little bit tucked away: on the left hand side of the street, there's an small, covered square between the bars and coffee shops...

We stayed at Hotel Europeo last week for 2 nights. The man at reception was disgustingly rude everytime we had to ask for something. The wifi doesn't work unless you stand at the reception desk. The room was never cleaned, but the cleaner came in to turn off the aircon. Had to ask for toilet paper and wait for towels....
