The hotel lobby is great. Staff is helpful and location is very convenient. We scheduled a tour of Pompeii and Vesuvius and the bus had no problem finding our hotel to pick us up. The room was a little disappointing. It felt like an after thought hidden away on the first floor with the conference rooms. It was simply just...

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. It was pre-booked so I could not change hotels. The breakfast was garbage - wouldn't feed it to a dog. The security was no-existent Stuff went missing from hotel And staff were atrocious. Go elsewhere - better hotels with much better locations and views around the corner opposite the Station in Piazza...

Dear guest, unfortunately TA enforces rules of etiquette only for the hoteliers and not for customers who post their comments. it makes no sense. That's why I do not think to reply to a review of this type (misleading, abusive, rude, crazy). Warm regards, Massimo De Angelis General Manager

This motel is looking a little tired with worn carpet etc but it didn't bother us. The room aircon was good. This is a motel without opening windows. It fronts onto a busy street near Naples main train Central Station... so you would not want to open it. Double glazing cut the traffic noise well. In fact the motel was...

Been in this hotel for business one week and despite the old fashion hotel where in the rooms you may have the traditional humidity smell coming from the carpet or air conditioner, most of the staff working in this hotel will genuine welcome you with open arms and a smile on their faces. Whatever problem or question you may have,...

A lovely comfortable hotel with helpful staff able to give directions to the sights of Naples. We were only in Naples for 24 hours travelling through to cinque terra from Amalfi. We were able to see some sights after we checked in. We were able to check in early too. Close proximity to the train station made travel to the...

Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff at reception. Large, open rooms; comfortable beds; hot showers and wonderful housekeeping. Perfect place to come home to after exploring the crazy colorful streets of Naples. Very close to the train station. It was a pleasure to stay here and we will be back!

great location next to Napoli central train station but not a place to stay if exploring Napoli. Quite dusty rooms and bathrooms and not great beds. It needs a make up to reach a 4* category: all reflected in a very reasonable price and a good continental breakfast.

Dear Guest, I do thank you for your review. Ramada Naples represents the ideal base to visit the city; bus stop at 20meters, underground at 100mts, down town 1km far. If you wish to visit the surroundings (Pompeii, Ercolano, Sorrento) the Circumvesuaviana-train is opposite the hotel! Our staff is always available to help the guest exploring Naples easily end without...

Naples was our first stop in our Italy tour for our honeymoon so when we arrived we where extremely tired and jet lag was kicking in. The hotel is just a short walk from the train station we had 2 large luggage and a carry on so we where relived when we arrived to the hotel. They let us have...

The are around the hotel is very bad. There is a sense of relief after entering the hotel. Location is excellent as it's stone's throw away from the Naples central railway station. Room service is good although the options are limited. Breakfast has a lot of options.
