Based on previous reviews and some experiences of Ramada elsewhere this exceeded our expectations. Yes, it's seedy around the train station but at no time did we feel unsafe. The area is well lit and we kept our wits around us and always had our valuables in a money belt or a pacsafe backpack. We really liked the location for... More

The hotel was good, room had everything we needed, breakfast was good. When we got there we were put on the 6th floor, we asked to move lower and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Hotel is in a great location for transport to elsewhere such as Pompeii sorrento etc. Only downside is that the hotel is right in... More

We arrived very early but we could leave our luggage and go to explore Naples . Having read the reviews we asked for a room either high up or away from the traffic noises. We ended up on the 3rd floor at the front but traffic was not a problem. However the view was not in the " to die... More

Recently stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel was incredible and really could not fault it for the price we paid. Room was a bit noisy with the constant beeping from the vehicles as a main road runs outside. Would advise trying to request a room at the back if possible. All the staff we dealt with were incredibly helpful and... More

We were on the 5th floor with a nice large comfortable room overlooking the station. We had a large bathroom and a first for us in Europe - tea making facilities in the room. The purpose of our visit was to visit Pompeii and Herculaneum and this hotel is wonderfully situated for getting trains or bus tours from the city.... More

As written in the title, this hotel was really everything I needed it to be, at a very fair price: Comfortable, nicely decorated room; a very generous, filling breakfast; and the location - a few minutes walking from Stazione Centrale - just perfect. Still there were a few minuses: the hotel is immensely popular with tourists, especially foreign ones, which... More

The hotel lobby is great. Staff is helpful and location is very convenient. We scheduled a tour of Pompeii and Vesuvius and the bus had no problem finding our hotel to pick us up. The room was a little disappointing. It felt like an after thought hidden away on the first floor with the conference rooms. It was simply just... More

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. It was pre-booked so I could not change hotels. The breakfast was garbage - wouldn't feed it to a dog. The security was no-existent Stuff went missing from hotel And staff were atrocious. Go elsewhere - better hotels with much better locations and views around the corner opposite the Station in Piazza... More

Dear guest, unfortunately TA enforces rules of etiquette only for the hoteliers and not for customers who post their comments. it makes no sense. That's why I do not think to reply to a review of this type (misleading, abusive, rude, crazy). Warm regards, Massimo De Angelis General Manager More

This motel is looking a little tired with worn carpet etc but it didn't bother us. The room aircon was good. This is a motel without opening windows. It fronts onto a busy street near Naples main train Central Station... so you would not want to open it. Double glazing cut the traffic noise well. In fact the motel was... More
