This hotel was very expensive, but we thought we would splurge on the last night of our holiday. The location is fantastic; perfect. The exterior and reception areas were very smart but, although the view from our room was lovely and it was a large room with clean crisp white linen, it was very faded (especially the bathroom) and there...

I am glad about the choice of this hotel. The staff is super kind apart from one of the ladies at the reception who tried to be "spiritosa" the Neapolitan way which I did not appreciate much but a part from this it is very comfortable and elegant for its price.

I had a two-day business trip to Naples and used Hotel Santa Lucia to host a training session, with catered meals. Overall I'm very pleased with the overall experience: a spacioius meeting room, good meals and refreshments, and good overnight stay in a spacious room. What I didn't really like were the quality of the TV service in the room...

I travel constantly and I stay in hotels all the time worldwide and Santa Lucia is the perfect hotel for me. It has old traditional charm yet very clean rooms in a beautiful view and A walk only portion of beautiful Naples. The views are fantastic and you just park your car valet at the hotel and do santa lucia...

I stayed, with my wife, 5 nights in the Grand Hotel Santa Lucia to spend the days across the New Year Eve: dec 29th to jan 3rd. It has been an unforgettable vacation, so nice to repeat it very soon. Our room was on first floor, sea front, with a large balcony: staying there we had the opportunity to embrace...

Kinda tired. Liked the decor here better than at gilded lilies in the neighborhood. Sorta good location as could walk to the the stores. The bar/cafe on the side of the hotel is nice with good Bob Dylan music.

To make things clear, the only low of this hotel is the size of its gym. The rest is absolutely great. Beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast and a fantastic location close to the central area of the town and right by the sea! Great place

Great location and big spacious rooms. Breakfast included (good and not so much on the sweet side) as well as wifi. There is a small gym and service is excellent. Our room (junior suite) was situated on top overlooking the bay – lovely sunsets. Some parts of the hotel are a bit worn down though.

A friend and I chose this hotel to overcome jet lag and see Naples before joining an archaeological tour a couple of days later. The room was adequate -- clean and comfortable -- and the hotel was in a great central downtown location on the coast. The room was nicely decorated in a classic style. The front desk staff was...
