The location is superb, they have great breakfast with huge selection of food and each type is at high quality (esp. love the cheese!). The view is super good, you got to see the best part of naples night view and also the room is spacious!! The service is 100/100 and they even prepared a little surprise for me and my husband for our honeymoon trip. It was the best wrap up for our honeymoon journey with a bottle of wine, and a balcony watching the night view with all the christmasy decorations.

We stayed in an Executive Suite, which offered great views of the bay, and was very comfortable and well-appointed. Service was uniformly great during our all too short two-day stay. To try to get the most out of your visit, book a walking tour through the front desk. That way, you'll see some of the best bits of this storied and gritty city while also avoiding some of the tourist traps.

Beautiful accommodations and helpful staff. The bell hop walked me to an ATM when it was raining to assist in getting into the bank. He provided an umbrella. Perfect location, right on the beautiful bay. The room was spacious with a door opening to the balcony. It was wonderful to get fresh sea air. The hotel was very close to shops and restaurants.

On my first visit to Naples, I wanted a location that was central to the city and was in an area where we could walk around and see the local area. My research chose an area close to the waterfront on a marina. We stayed in Naples for 4 days and I wanted a room that was very comfortable. We were given a suite on floor 1. It was very spacious, with a wonderful balcony overlooking the promenade, marina, and castle. Front desk staff were very helpful. The restaurant and bar had great service and very tasty food. The tour that we selected picked us up at the lobby of the hotel, making it easy. There are also dozens of restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. The hotel is also in a convenient location. we had a very short taxi ride to the Beverello ferry dock to take us to Capri next.

Very nice seaside rooms, lots of space. Good breakfast. Pleasant bar. And magnificent views across the sea on the marina, the Castello de Mare, Capri and Amalfi. Well located on the boulevard and on walking distance to the city center.

The room was spacious and well kept, and we appreciated the style, which included some antique furniture which made it clearly distinct from standard chain hotels. The food was very good, but we were particularly impress by the care, politeness and kindness of the staff, from the receptionists, to the waiters, to the cleaners.

The Grand Hotel Santa Lucia is one of the nicest, most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a suite on the 5th floor with a breathtaking view of the water. The huge bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows fluffy, the bathroom perfect, and the overall design elegant, understated, and peaceful. All the windows had electronic metal shutters that we closed at night, ensuring we could sleep as late as we wanted. The breakfast was plentiful and the dining room lovely. The only thing that struck us was how different the breakfast service seemed on Sunday. We got the sense that the wait staff (different from the other days) was focusing on locals - serving them quickly and shuttling American hotel guests to the darker tables in the corners (we asked to be seated at a different table but were told those were reserved, even though many remained empty). It's a very, VERY minor complaint - I would go back to the hotel in a heartbeat and will likely be daydreaming about the view for a long time.
