Very convenient, clean and quite. It is at walk distance from the shops and also from the sea. The personel is friendly and helpful. The wi fi is good quality, but some times it slows down. I did not have breakfast during my stay but I think it is available. Just check the booking options. Oh, I almost forgot! Excellent...

The Pinto-Storey Hotel in Naples, Italy is a boutique accommodation in the nicer and safer part of town in the Chaiai neighborhood. The hotel is located in a multi-use building and occupies the 4th and 5th floors. It does have an elevator (which is not always a given), although quite tiny... two people, two suitcases wide I'd say... but better...

I stayed at this hotel two years ago and loved the European small hotel feel and the location near the metro and funiculare. I reserved two rooms this year for three nights as we traveled with an adult family member. With less than 24 hour notice we received an email that due to construction issues we could not have the...

We arrived and checked in by Oscar (& Herman, the four-legged welcoming mascot). What a charming hotel! Our room #14 was exactly as represented on the web but with the added delights of a very modern bathroom (shower only, but clean and efficient) and a memorable view from the small balcony in the bedroom. Yes, as others have mentioned, from...

We approached the hotel with trepidation as it was much cheaper than other hotels in the area, (and is in the nicest part of Naples). However our fears were allayed as the building is really nice, (the hotel just has the 4th floor at present), and the room was clean and spacious. We liked the feel of it being like...

Terrible! Stay off from this nightmare! Bad Hotel! No Breakfast! Noisy A/C heat exchanger *inside* the facility hammering the entire night the walls of your room - you cannot sleep... Management not available for questions, during night you are left aline to to yourself, nobody for emergencies or assistance (see many other reviews with same experience!), no complains or questions...

Very nice hotel located in a beautiful old building filled with old world charm. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We had the room next to the front desk and it had a fantastic view of the city, we were not disappointed. Breakfast was basic continental. Front desk people were pleasant, However we arrived home late one night and...

Spotless, charming hotel on two floors of an old building. Location is the key here, as this hotel is in an upscale, very safe section of an otherwise gritty Naples ! There are lots of overflowing trash bins on the surrounding streets, but I think that's par for Naples ! Good location for travels outside Naples, as it's one block...

Good location - safe to walk out at night. Accommodation well looked after, rooms lovely and clean, we had a nice, bright airy room which was of good size with views across to the sea in the far distance. Bed was comfortable. There is no breakfast room as yet on site, but breakfast can be ordered and served in your...
