We had the junior suite with sauna which was supposed to have soundproofing could hear every noise has a balcony area with sauna and jacuzzi which we never used because it looked dirty the balcony had shutters that was ground level to there garden one wouldn’t lock didn’t fell very safe so we asked to get it fixed the second we saw it 2 night we stayed there and it wasn’t fixed rooms were Modern could do with a few touch ups only good thing was they had Netflix and the bed was comfortable although my wife couldn’t sleep because she didn’t feel safe that the window wouldn’t lock there was a door separating the balcony that locked but that’s besides the point breakfast the cost is €20 was very poor no choice at all was as if they had used the day before I think we were the only people staying there never say another single guest was really looking forward to Naples as we came as part of our honeymoon but this ruined it for us definitely wouldn’t recommend or return to this hotel…
We arrived in Naples late and to torrential rain and as the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant we were advised not to venture out but to order a takeaway online with just eat, which we did. However, the restaurant we chose failed to deliver, and by 12.45am we knew something was wrong. As we didn’t speak Italian David on reception rang to find out where our food was to find they had closed. He rushed off to rustle up some food from the kitchen for us and made what had started as a disaster into an enjoyable end to our first night in Italy. We cannot thank him enough!! The hotel itself was lovely with a tasty breakfast . We did not get to see the area around the hotel as we were heading to the Amalfi Coast But our short stay at this lovely hotel was definitely made better because of the professionalism of David and I would recommend staying here to all my friends. We will be back!…
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms very above my expectations. The staff is amazing! The breakfast is very good. The most important thing is the hygiene, this is property is very clean and focused to the details. The hotel has a parking area. Enrico is the superstar. The area around is not the safest, if you have the car is ok but I totally don’t suggest to walk around in the evening, also during the day.
After reading reviews I thought the hotel was one of the best but surely wasn’t. No water every evening, location not so central and breakfast disaster everything cold!! Not worth the money! Not worth it!
Lovely hotel and lovely friendly service (David was so nice and helpful) but the hotel is in a very poor area with lots of graffiti and run down residential buildings. It's a good 30 min walk into the centre down very busy streets and can be quite intimidating. Move the hotel to nearer the harbour and you have a winner. Rooms are nice, beds are rock hard and uncomfortable. Hot tub is a nice addition and gardens are nice. I wouldn't go back to Naples in a hurry.
Upon arrival having paid 330 Euros for a Junior Suite it was apparent the room was uninhabitable: - broken aircon - bath that was leaking water before use! - balcony closed off and no use permitted - completely filthy and had not been cleaned for a long time This was booked for a celebration and instead it became a nightmare. Reception promised a refund and that was then retracted after talking to the manager on the phone, who we were not allowed to talk to. They sent a cleaner up to fix all the items required and clean the room who made a terrible job of it and in fact could not fix the balcony or aircon or leak (surprise!) - and 2 hours was wasted trying to get things resolved. We will be claiming via Mastercard for this disaster and I would hope the hotel management would step in and do the decent thing and refund the monies paid in full. We have kept a recording of the conversation where a refund was promised as well as evidence should it be required. Having stayed all over the World this is the worst experience and hotel I have ever had. Avoid at all costs.…
The hotel and room were very nice, and there was parking for our rented car. The breakfast was ok. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Located about 20 minutes was from the center, with restaurants and bars along the way filled with locals, where you can have authentic Napoletanean food.
Boutique hotel, located a good 20 mins walk from the center of the city (the hotel is uphill). The pros Clean but basic room Great , helpful receptionist- Gabriella Beautiful garden Great Air-conditioning The cons Distance from center The elevator and hot water can be inconsistent Rooms are not sound proof
Beautiful hotel close to the Capodimonte Museum, Sanità and Catacombe di San Gennaro. Great to go to the Airport. This is a residential area, not a touristic part of the town, but it is very easy to reach the city centre walking (10 min walk from Piazza Dante). The room is spacious and well equipped (safe, large walk in shower, toilet douche, underfloor heating). Very comfortable bed and pillows and quiet location for a good night sleep. Attention to little details is needed to make it even better I would recommend
The hotel and room were very nice. The staff was cordial and welcoming, We had ample privacy. However, the service provided could be improved. The breakfast was very minimal with most things that were pre-packaged. The dinner served could also be improved. I would recommend other places which make you pay the same price but offer better room services.
