hotel wonderfully and cosy amazing room ( took the junior suit). Gisele from the reception was lovely and helpful.breakfast was perfect and intimite. location could not be better .metro is just under the hotel this is your place to be in napoli
Giselle was the most helpful hotel employee I have ever encountered! She responded to my email inquiries promptly, helped by phone when our delayed flight made for a late arrival. Although the building is old, the rooms and breakfast area are modern. Having a small balcony to look out over the Duomo Square was wonderful. Breakfast offered many delicious choices and pleasant staff. Walking, many sites are close by. Occasional difficultly was the elevator. Overall, happy for the experience of staying there.
Very pampering suite, charming design, awesome bathroom, huge bed, good breakfast. Very good central location. Very special hotel concept. And most important - personal touch and taking care, by Gisella Grieco - front office manager. We definitely will come back.
Pros: very central, walking distance to more or less all of Naples tube station outside if you need it very comfortable bed super modern rooms with all amenities balcony Gisella was very helpful and gave us loads of advice on arrival all the staff were very friendly lovely breakfast very good sound proofing so you couldn't hear the sounds of Naples below Cons: none Note, the entrance is a bit dingy but once inside the property it is clean, bright and modern. However this does give you a little taste of real Napoli.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. From the very start, including before we arrived, we had easy contact with the staff working there so any questions were promptly answered. From the moment we walked in everyone was very welcoming and accommodating, and as it was a birthday trip, they provided some complimentary refreshments on arrival. Despite there not being a 24 hour reception service, the hotel manager Gisele was contactable via mobile/whatsapp and looked after us - she definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were safe and happy on our trip. The location was fantastic, close to the metro, ferry point and the airport, as well as a short walk from the main train station. The outside is a bit dingy but don’t let it put you off! The rooms were exceptional and very true to the pictures (if anything, better). Very modern, clean and spacious, definitely had a “wow” factor to it especially with the attention to detail. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and exceeded our expectations!…
Great, comfortable hotel, with modern amenities! Close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and the train station. Good breakfast, but has room for improvement. Helpful and friendly staff! Highly recommended if you are in Naples.
This luxury boutique hotel is a TREASURE. First - Gisella - the concierge and manager is amazing! Friendly, great sense of humor and will steer you to fantastic recommendations. She was able to secure a private walking tour our first afternoon which was wonderful and gave us the lay of the land and some fun facts about Naples we’d otherwise not know. The hotel is intimate with gorgeous rooms (we were in 502 which had a mammoth bathroom and working balconies - not to mention a most comfy bed). Breakfast which is included could not be better- everything you could imagine and very good coffee. Location could not be more convenient- we were able to walk everywhere easily. Just as we found Naples in general, Amadomus has great energy! Very good vibes.
On a charming square, in one of the stately 19th century buildings lining the square, on the 5th floor, there is this charming hotel/b&b, which was one of the loveliest hotels we ever stayed at. It is located in a mixed use building: in addition to the hotel, there are offices and apartments. Because of that, we felt like locals every time we entered the building. While the building is 19th century, the hotel is thoroughly modern, The entire space was remodeled in the finest Italian taste. We stayed in the Emerald suite. It had huge windows and a double door with a balcony. The enormous modern bathroom had several windows also, and you could get a glimpse of the sea and Vesuvius from one of them. The location is perfect. It is very close to the old town, yet in a less hectic part of the city. We walked almost everywhere. The port (from which you can take ferries to the islands) is a 30 min walk or the hotel can call a taxi at a special price. Breakfast was huge - the best breakfast we had on this trip to Italy. The room was quiet and peaceful - not a small feat in this crazy town. I would not think of staying anywhere else! Loved everything about it.…
I had a lovely room with two balconies overlooking city views and a partial view of the water. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice as well. Heavy curtains kept out all the light in the high ceiling room. This isn't a regular hotel, you need to use a card key downstairs to get into the building, then take a small elevator to the 5th floor and the receptionist carried my bag up a flight of stairs to the 6th floor. It was in a great location, I highly recommend it, and I would stay there again. I had to move to a different, regular hotel after two nights because Amadomus did not have availability, and I strongly preferred Amadomus.
Absolutely wonderful stay. Can’t recommend this place enough! The staff was great, and Gisela was so kind and charming. Good breakfast, very clean room and facilities, great location, and wonderful amenities. I would definitely stay here next time ❤️
