Comfortable, clean room in the centre of Naples. There are some nice restaurants in walking distance just off Piazza Giovanni Bovio. The breakfast was good, particularly the delicious warm fresh croissants! The staff, particularly Ottavia, were helpful, pleasant and attentive.
I booked this place due to it having 5 stars reviews on trip advisor. Not exactly sure how it got 5 stars. We stayed here for 4 nights, and yes the room is large, neat & tidy and moderately comfortable, but the experience not great at all. The room has absolutely no sound proofing so you could hear everything, we weren’t in a room facing the piazza either, you could hear traffic, planes, other guests and the receptionists who think it is ok to talk loud and bang cupboards at 7am in the morning. They also start cleaning while people are still asleep, I heard mop buckets run up the hallway and a vacuum cleaner at 8am. People were coming in at all hours of the night making a huge racket, it felt like I was staying in a Hostel. The second night a buzzer kept going off between 10&11pm and the reception phone rung constantly during that time also. The aircon didn’t cool the room down which made for restless nights sleep, we asked for them to look at it while we were out, but they proceeded to do it, while we were in the room, with the door wide open and they said it was fixed, but the room didn’t cool down at all during our stay. Breakfast was not pleasant, I’ve stayed in crappy hostels and had a more substantial quality breakfast than I had here. The cheese was melted and couldn’t remove from the plastic (yes plastic) the juice wasn’t cold and meats and tarts were left on the bench uncovered as sun beamed through the window, the selection was very minimal. We had the breakfast the first morning and then chose to eat out the remaining 3. 3rd day we arrived back to the room, needing to use the bathroom and we were not given any toilet paper when they made up the room. Not one person was at reception and the lights were out. I had to ring and they advised they could get back at 9pm (it was 7pm) to refill it, so we had to go to dinner early so I could use the bathroom. Yes it is located in a good area, easy walking distance to things, but the main components you want from a room/hotel is quiet and cool room for good sleep and a nice breakfast to start your day, these were all lost at this place.…
Spacious and clean rooms, helpful staff. A definite must stay. Worth every penny you pay. Only the sirens coming off the street is a negative side. The hotel is close to almost everywhere such as points of interests, public transportation etc
We were so surprised about this hotel. The room is beautiful in an amazing location. The room is very clean and design beautifully. I wrote in a note to the hotel that it's my husband's birthday and they surprised us with a homemade cake, balloons and wine. The service from the stuff is superb, they are so kind. If you visit Napoli you HAVE to stay in this hotel.
We had the best room with the deep soaking baths and it was lovely. Salvatore and the young lady working with him (sorry, I didn't catch your name) were lovely, spoke excellent English and really looked after us. Breakfast served by Salvatore, freshly squeezed orange juice, croissants and an omelette if you want it. It is in the centre of Naples, great location although a little noisy. It is city centre, so noise is expected. We had a fantastic time, loved Naples and loved the hotel. Highly recommended, when we go back we will stay in the same hotel.
We arrived at the port and walked the short distance to Piazza Bovio (10 mins) for our 2 night stay. It is a great location - very walkable to lots of different parts of Naples including Centro Storico and Central Station. We were met by the lovely Salvatore who checked us in and showed us our room. Fab air con (really quiet at night), massive flatscreen tv with Netflix & Amazon prime, the most comfortable bed (memory foam) and pillows and a lovely bathroom. It was also much bigger than we expected with a lovely high ceiling which was a bonus! Great white and grey decor and a beautiful photo of the Gulf of Naples on the wall over the bed. Our room looked out onto the back of the building so not a great view but we didn’t mind as we were rarely in our room. Naples is a very noisy city but with our windows closed we didn’t hear a thing! Windows open is a different matter but that is what you expect in Naples! Breakfast was continental in the little area near reception and was fine. A couple of guests asked for omelettes which we didn’t know we could have but they looked nice. There is a great little pizza place called Le Figlie Di Iorio 3 streets away towards the port which was a great find!! Mirea checked us out and we booked with her a taxi to the airport which was very handy. We would highly recommend Napoli Rooms and Suites. We had a very comfortable stay here and would not hesitate to book again for our next trip to Napoli. …
The place is really nice, all is new, matress and pillow are very confortable for relax. The ubication is perfecf for us. THE team are very happy and make all really easy. We’ll be back in few years. M&A. :);)
Very modern rooms in a traditional Naples building in the heart of Naples. Only 15 min walk to the bustle of the restaurant quarter and famous pizza restaurants this is a perfect stop over. We even managed to relax and watch a film on Netflix as a family! Andrea was incredibly helpful even sorted our taxi to the airport at a set price to avoid being over charged. Room plenty big enough for a family of 4 with all the extras you need. Highly recommend.
