I was there for 2 nights. It seems to stay home. Apts are cared to the smallest detail. The owner is superlative. It's well located, cleaned, new furniture and Antonio from the staff is the n.1. He suggested the best restaurant in the neighborhood where I got a discount. Strictly recommended!

A stopover for a couple of nights before visiting Capri. This apartment is absolutely the best. So clean and Antonio goes out of his way to make you feel so comfortable and welcome. We stayed there for 3 days while visiting Naples and it was simply sublime. The Rome was spacious, clean and perfect. Very well located. Our host, Antonio, really helped us a lot at our arriving. He took the time to explain how everything was working in the room and to give us recommandations on places and restaurants to go ! I really recommend this hotel!

The Castel Nuovo Relais is very confortable and well take care . When we arrive Lidia was expecting us and she was very nice. The room and bathroom was very confortable and big . For me and my husband was very convenient because we need to stay near the Naples Port and it´was our second time in Naples. The area is not the best for first times in the City but in June and months like that I thing is not a problem at all.

Good location and the host Antonio is very pleasant and good communications with messaging and very helpful with our luggage including storage the next day Room is spacious and has the best lighting anywhere A bit of a disappointment with a mixed up which ended up we did not get the terrace room that we wanted and had made special arrangements to arrive early to enjoy the afternoon in it. But Antonio gave us a cash refund of the price difference on the spot and made up with a bottle of wine and some sweets. It rarely happened during our 35 years of traveling through 92 countries, but it is what it is

The apartment is located in the area of the port with easy access and an elevator. when we entered the place, I immediately felt at home. the has a fully equipped kitchenette and washing machine and all the little details that are important for travellers. In addition there is coffee and tea and great cleanliness of the apartment. But the best thing was Antonio that takes care of everything. he is serious and perfectionist and he truly care about his guests, responds immediately and gives advice, and makes sure that your experience as a tourist becomes perfect .. A very good experience! The apartment was equipped with everything I needed. It was a very clean apartment and the bathroom as well. And the view of the sea was totally worth it. Also it is located in a very nice neighborhood in the central of Naples. I highly recommend it! I will definitely stay there next time I’m in Naples.

2021. szeptember 6-9 között szálltunk meg ezen a helyen. Szép, tiszta helyiségek, kényelmes ágy fogadott minket. Az ablakból gyönyörű kilátásban volt részünk. Könnyen megközelíthető, jó helyen lévő szálláshely. Antonio egy kommunikatív, kedves ember, aki mindenben a segítségünkre volt. Köszönjük, jól éreztük magunkat! Ajánlom mindenkinek, akkor is, ha nem beszél sem olaszul, sem angolul! We stayed at this place from September 6-9, 2021. Nice, clean rooms, comfortable bed welcomed us. We had a beautiful view from the window. Easily accessible, well-located accommodation. Antonio is a communicative, kind person who was there to help us in everything. Thank you, we had a great time! I recommend it to everyone, even if you don't speak either Italian or English!
