This hotel is a beautiful one. However the furniture is quite cold, as is the reception and the overall management. Personnel is not well managed, not always helpful (except the cleaning ladies) and needs better supervision. Also a lot of noise in the hotel, not...More
It's a beautiful hotel and the rooms are big. The shower is great and big. I didn't get after view, and was woken at night by the dumpster. Most importantly, the level of customer service needs improvement. I was Travelling alone on my birthday and...More

The position is perfect as the Island is small , we loved that mamela was just out of the main hustle and bustle of the square but a 5 min walk to the main piazza and two min to the nearest restaurant.

We did not fly into Capri. Instead we took a boat from the mainland as part of an extended trip. I do not recall seeing an airport on Capri, but I might have missed it. What I recall was people flying into Naples and then taking a high speed ferry to Capri. If that is the case, then one would have a cab ride from the Naples airport to the port, then the cost of the ferry, then maybe a cab or whatever from the Capri port to the center of the city.
