This is a boutique hotel nestled just outside the heart of Sorrento! There are so many things to rave about - the accommodations are spectacular! We had a superior room which was more like a junior suite; the breakfast staff/food very nice; housekeeping was spot on; management and front office personnel could not have been more helpful! My partner owns 3 luxury resorts in the Caribbean and I have been in the hospitality industry for about 35 years and we also travel extensively and stay at luxury resorts only. This is a true gem and we have already referred friends here and will only stay here on future visits.

Absolute fairytale. Whimsical decor and views are a dream. Did I wake up on a cruise ship? Staff is dedicated to crafting memorable experiences and made our stay pure enchantment. Don't miss the secret swimming pool on the walk to the marina.

What a wonderful boutique hotel! From interior, designs, breakfast, the views, the staff and service to the tranquil atmosphere! A dream! This is a very small hotel and they only have very few rooms so it feels very private and exclusive. Every corner you will see art and design... visually stimulating! Rooms - the view, simply mesmerizing! Bright, clean, cool (temperature), perfect! They even provide Dyson hair dryers! Pool - cute but a bit small. Breakfast - was a feast to the eyes! The table settings and decor was so colorful and beautiful! Restaurant - they do not have one Service - Friendly and helpful Town center - about a 10 mins walk Overall - Outstanding and a wonderful stay! This is the hotel to stay in if you visit Sorento!

Fab arty boutique hotel with the friendliest staff. Great location just 10 mins walk from the centre Corso Italia street. Amazing views from rooms and the whole hotel is decorated with the most beautiful art. Steps down to a sea pool area with views over the bay and then more steps down to a cute fishermans village with restaurants and beach clubs. Only downside was the price of drinks - 30-35 Euro for a cocktail or 15 Euro for a beer. (compared to 7-10 and 5 anywhere on the Corso Italia). Seems strange - almost like they don't want to sell drinks. We did not see one customer order a drink during our time there.

This hotel is absolutely incredible! From the moment you walk through the door you know you’ve made the right choice. The design and attention to detail is exquisite! You feel like you’ve entered an art gallery. Each room has a stunning view of Mt Vesuvius and Marina Grande. An added perk is the private staircase down to the Marina. Floriana, Georgina, Sara, Marco made our stay perfect. Also the young man that helps Sara in the kitchen was so sweet and so professional. Sorry I can’t remember his name. The entire staff so very nice and so so efficient. Thank you to everyone there that made this another perfect visit! We will continue to return each time we visit Sorrento. The staff definitely is the absolute best with personality, class, and professionalism! There cannot be a better staff anywhere!!

It’s still the best hotel in the world. I wish tripadvisor would delete their listing so no-one else can find out about it and we could get a room anytime we wanted… (Hoenstly, it’s perfect. Decor, breakfast, cocktails, location. THE VIEW. My god the view). Don’t go here. You don’t deserve it. It’s just for me.

We have travelled to Sorrento for many years to celebrate our wedding anniversary and always stay at the Minervetta. The hotel is situated high above the Marina Grande and the views are amazing. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with huge attention to detail. All of the people involved in the running of the hotel have the same ethos, to make your stay as wonderful as they can and they certainly succeed. The rooms are large, luxurious, have fabulous views, very comfortable beds and toiletries are provided in the bathroom. The decor of the rooms is eclectic and beautifully presented. We always leave with a heavy heart that the holiday is over but always book for next year before we depart. We have travelled to many places in Italy and whilst they all have their charm our hearts are definately in the Minervetta.

Seriously, THE most Rock Star Hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff treat you like royalty, the decor is out of this world. Loved everything about this place. I wanna go back. The view from the rooms is stunning. The kitchen made you feel like you were at someone's home. They really know what they're doing and it shows. You will not be disappointed!

Many hotels in Italy have great views; many have nice accommodations; many have nice breakfasts. BUT NOT EVERY HOTEL has exceptional, pleasant and 100% perfect service. This small and cozy hotel has that you need when in Sorrento, Italy---great location, great employees with its manager's excellent role model of service to pass on to her employees (Floriana is her name). We had stayed here 11 years previously and actually scheduled our trip to the Amalfi coast around vacancy at Maison La Minervetta. Please visit them when you travel to Sorrento---it will be a highlight of your trip!!

This place is truly divine. We loved every moment of our stay here. The location and design are breathtaking. The decorative details throughout are stunning. The breakfast included is just superb, with a delicious spread of homemade bread, cakes, and pastries. You can also get eggs made to order. They also made sure to have a delicious gluten free basket of pastries for my daughter. They also provide a lovely aperitif, and tea and cakes after dinner. The rooms are beautiful, relaxing, and so comfortable. Everything is impeccably clean. The hotel is full of delightful spaces to relax and enjoy the stunning views looking over the sea to Mount Vesuvius. The location is perfect, situated an easy 15 minute walk to the main town centre, and they have their own private stairs, leading down to the beach at Marina Grande, where there are some lovely places to eat. You can also leave on sailing tours from here. Now for the staff, who are truly amazing. Everyone from concierge to breakfast were so warm, friendly, and welcoming. They truly made our stay unforgettable. Thank you team Maison La Minervetta.
