I went with my wife and four children aged 10-17. Before travelling I put in a special request to get one room with a double bed and a single bed, and a second room with three single beds. Not only did they do this but the rooms were next to each other. The room was a good size and had...

We just spent a week here. Our room was specious but there was an ongoing problem with the toilet cistern in the bathroom that was very loud. However, we ignored it and it never affected our sleep pattern. The staff were friendly and upgraded our room to one with a balcony when we arrived. Access to the balcony is controlled...

My husband son and myself have just had eight nights here. The rooms are clean and tidy, showers in our room and my son's were in need of modernisation. Very small cubicles and erratic shower! The lounge area is very nice , drinks are not expensive and the waiters are lovely. The pool area is very nice a small pool...

Dear Guest, first of all, let us apologize for the annoying noise of the banging doors. It is true, it is not our fault, but we are sorry for the problem. We are glad you appreciated so many aspects of your stay and we invite you to come back again as we are planning works to modernising or rooms. Best...

I stayed here for 5 nights in early July. I chose it for the location and the price. It is about a 8 minute walk to the train and bus station and a 10 minute walk to the main Piazza Tasso. The hotel has a lovely little pool with ample loungers and deckchairs. The snack bar at the pool is...

Arrived at this hotel as a solo traveller on Tuesday 12th and was made feel extremely welcome. All staff went above and beyond, working hard to ensure everyone was happy. Rooms were very clean and cleaned everyday, pool was lovely, food was pretty decent and big portions and the rooftop sun terrace... What can I say?? Just amazing!! When I...

A wonderful pale to stay as we were there for over a week. The breakfast was always top notch along with the service. The roof top was a great evening gathering place with other travelers. It's located just a brief walk from the center of town. The staff was most friendly and helpful.

I was slightly apprehensive before arriving here after reading some of the reviews on Trip Advisor, but I have to say I don't think Hotel Z'Teresa deserves any bad press! All staff were so friendly and helpful, in particular the pool bar man who kept our families happy all day with drinks and food, even opening the pool earlier than...

After reading previous reviews I wasn't too sure what to expect.... Very central location within easy walking distance to the centre of town with no need to use public transport or taxis. Staff very helpful, breakfast was very enjoyable and a great start to each day, Free Wi-Fi, view over an Olive Garden with no noise, views from the roof...

Spent a week in this hotel after booking a last-minute deal with Sunway travel and was pleasantly surprised. We had a room with a double and single bed on the third floor and had a view of Mount Vesuvius from our balcony, which was on the quieter side of the hotel, overlooking a lemon grove. The room was clean, with...

Room was fine, very clean and nice bath. On ground floor, so tiles amplified all staff noises, which were extensive after hours. If they controlled staff noises and perhaps had more area dividers or other ways to absorb sound (carpets) it would not have been as bad. Perhaps.
