Just returned from one week at this hotel with Thomas Cook. It was our first visit to sorrento and after reading several other travellers comments we were very apprehensive staying here...however..this has turned out ot be a terrific hotel, in a fantastic location with "to die for" views. We upgraded to a suite over looking the bay, and for the...

Following my trip with my son and niece with an age range of 25 to 53 I can say we all enjoyed the most hospitable stay in this hotel and would strongly recommend it for a relaxing experience. The staff were both pleasant and helpful. Our bedroom and bathroom had a classical elegance; my only regret is we did not...

If you go to this hotel then please take these points into consideration when booking. Pay the extra for a sea view room or suite. We were given a room on the first floor at the front of the hotel overlooking the coach station. Traffic noise is unbelievable - Italians pip their horns at every opportunity. We were lucky enough...

We stayed with Riviera Travel, when booking we asked for a central Sorrento hotel with good food, and this is what it is. What we did not expect was the truly magnificent views. Every morning at breakfast the view over the bay towards Vesuvius was breathtaking. Our room was large with Juliette balcony in the annex with a view of...

Lovely hotel in a great location the only problem are the rooms at the front of the hotel. They are in desperate need of updating and the noise from the extremely busy road is horrendous. We stayed in room 119, a huge room so no complaints there but it's very tired with mould on the ceiling and the shower was...

This is a stunning hotel, it would seem the rooms to the front are not so well kept going by some of the reviews. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a suite at the back of the hotel which was amazingly beautiful and sea facing. We booked with expedia and were bed and breakfast only. There are so...

I am staggered to see some guests have had a disappointing stay at this hotel. My wife and I were in Sorrento to attend a wedding and had chosen this hotel on the recommendation of her Mum and Dad who stayed there a couple of years ago and spoke about it endlessly when they returned. From start to finish everything...

Stayed here for a week with my husband and was appaled at the customer service given to guests. On Monday 15th June when going down to evening dinner the restaurant and patio terrace areas were closed off to guests in favour of a local wedding party. The hotel guests were crammed into a tiny bit of terrace near to entrance...

Booked this hotel after reading reports and also thomas cook reports, however the hotel does not live upto expectations. Firstly Thomas Cook do not make you7aware that this is a saga hotel so lots of elderly. This isn't a problem as the guests were lovely however this means the hotel is rather slow, relaxed and no real entertainment or nightlife....
