I booked a standard room in this hotel during a business trip. I was very surprised to discover the general outside look of this hotel but more importantly the room. The outside is ugly, old and needs a lot of maintenance. The room is poorly furnished, bare and feeling cold. I must say that it was very clean but also...

The bed was comfortable and the parking easy for a single night stay it did everything I needed. The locality had little there from what I could tell and the hotel did seem a little tired. The staff however were very friendly. The wifi and breakfast would benefit from improving. The price was good though and thus it is a...

This hotel seems to be geared for conferences. The room was clean albeit the furniture rather dated Had dinner here it was tasty and reasonably priced, but again, felt somewhat out of place as everyone else seemed to be a conference delegate The hotel has a 1970's look and feel to it, with large conference rooms etc that also double...

I stayed in apartment 9 for 4 nights and whilst it was very clean this is the most basic of basic apartments you could ever imagine. No iron or even a a laundry service available. No hair dryer (for my mother) a very basic shower that had seen better days. The single bed i slept had an awful mattress that...

The hotel is on the first line. Everthing is very clean. The rooms are big and renoveted. The shower is big. The room has very nice view to the sea. The restaurant is big and the reakfast is full of fresh fruits, a lot of different types of cakes. Coffee is perfect.

We by mistake booked a hotel room as a non refundable fare, almost months before arrival date. We were in the planning process and were not sure of the dates or destination. 12 hours after reserving the room I noticed the error. I contacted the hotel immediately and politely requested a refund or at least partial refund. We booked for...

Me and my mother stayed based on rate, free parking and price. 56 euro for a night was a good option. Its far from center of Salerno but if you have car , 15 minute drive. Room was clean but cold. We used our jackets and wool hats. Bathroom was small. Check in and check out was fast.

Everything was terrible. This hotel was built maybe 20 years ago and in the room everything looks like it's never been changed in 20 years. Terrible Internet connection too. 4 stars ? No way ! Not even 2.

We had no working wifi connection in our room, probably because a modum had to be reset. Despite our complaints, this was not fixed and we were told that wifi is not guarranteed in all rooms. The bathroom became flooded with water after taking a shower and the temperature of the water in the shower was constantly fluctuating. The stay...

Salerno is a small, rather boring city, the hotel is far away from everything, there is nothing interesting to see or do in that area, do not waste your time and money....If you are visiting the Amalfi Coast and you are thinking about spending some time in Salerno or staying in Salerno, try to find a better solution to enjoy...
