From the moment we were met at the train station by Sylvia and Pasquale I knew we made the right choice. Upon arrival at Salerno Centro we were greeted by Francesco who along with Sylvia spent time with us familiarizing us with their town. Lina served us Homemade Limoncello and capucchino. They had restaurant suggestions which were excellent. Be sure...

The location of Salerno Centro is awesome. Located in the pedestrian shopping/dining area of old town Salerno. The accommodation is quiet and comfortable, conveniently located near public transport, the boardwalk, restaurants & coffee/gelato/pastry shops, and interesting shopping. Francesco, Pasquale (dad), Lena (mom) were exceptionally accommodating. These folks will do whatever it takes to make your stay and travels a comfortable...

Our three-night stay at Salerno Centro B&B surprisingly turned out to be the highlight of our visit to the Amalfi Coast. Prior to our arrival, we had visited all of the more famous locales on the Amalfi Peninsula, and they were, indeed, beautiful but very touristy, crowded, and difficult to maneuver around. Salerno is a larger, more open city with...

Such a great B&B!! I arrived to an amazing welcome from Francesco & Silvia, with home-made limoncelo, who told me all about their amazing city. Fabulous room, so clean & comfortable, and great location. And thanks to mum for the great food :)

We stayed here for 3 nights near the end of our honeymoon. When we planned our trip and were looking for a base in the Amalfi region, it was this B&B's reputation that brought us to Salerno as opposed to Sorrento. It was an excellent choice. We had high expectations given the great reviews, and Francesco and his family exceeded...

What an amazing place! My mom and I couldn't have found a better place to start a once in a lifetime trip to Italy. Francesco was welcoming throughout the entire booking process and picked us up right from the train station, complete with his own mom and dad. They made us feel immediately at home and had a welcome drink...

My friends and I will be going to Amalfi Coast, for the first time, in May. We plan to go from Amalfi town to Salerno for day tripping to Vietri sul Mare, after which we will take train to Bologna. As we won't have a car, finding a place for luggage storage for a few hours is a problem to...

After many trips to Italy this was our first venture south of Rome. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly ambience and character of central Salerno. The B&B is located steps from the sea an easy walk from the train station, also a central point to explore the Amalfi coast, Naples and the archaeological sites. Francesco and his family are...

There aren't adequate words to describe what a fabulous experience we had in this charming B&B. We originally thought of basing ourselves in Positano or Sorrento, but in researching the best place to stay on the Amalfi Coast, we came across a glowing article recommending Salerno and Francesco's B&B. I am so happy we changed our plans and were lucky...
