We saw no mosquitos and would not expect nets in an Italian hotel. The environment is hostile to mosquitos with the hotel on a cliff face with no stagnant pools necessary if they are to breed. Caves lit with candles are also unattractive to mosquitos. If you are really worried a small canister of insect killer would set your mind at rest
