The fridge was very useful, but a kettle and cups for tea and coffee would have made a tremendous difference to our stay..
The room was very hot, especially at night.
The room was very clean, and the en suite shower room but it is all looking a little tired and could use some updating.
The staff on reception were polite but not particularly friendly.
The walk to the centre of town takes about 20 to 25 minutes, which can be tiring if you walk around the sights as well!
There are three good supermarkets within a short walking distance
They helped me with my reservation and suggested me nice places to go to.
the rooms are cleaned every day and the towels are also changed every day
The position of the hotel is good, 10 minutes from the city of arts and science and in the street that leads you directly to the port. You can move easily with the buses. At the hotel you can rent a bike for the whole day for only 12ā¬.
They have a 24/7 reception.
I had a very good experience
The staff are really helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean.
The park and city of arts and ciences are a short walk away, the beach is about 15 minutes away on the 92 bus which stops just outside the front door. There are supermarkets and restaurants along the av. Del port so anything you need is in easy reach.
Breakfast is a selection of continental and cereals,
I hired a bike for 3 days direct from the hotel which allows you to explore further afield, you can also store your bike in the hotel garage which is safe overnight.
A friendly convenient clean comfortable place to stay when you are in Valencia!
The hotel is on a tree-lined avenue just over a mile from the city centre; the walk into the city is very attractive, and the trees and Mediterranean vegetation in Turia park are superb.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfasts have a good range of foods. Elena and all the other staff treat guests as individuals, and are helpful and courteous. The hotel is reasonably priced, and is an excellent base for any tourist or traveller who wishes to explore Valencia and the surrounding region. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
Pillows very flatā¦and no extra pillows. Ordered a double roomā¦and got 2 beds on wheels pushed togetherā¦that migrated across the floor with any movement. Not exactly great for a romantic break away.
Breakfast was nice though. And staff in breakfast room were really lovely.
Disappointed as this was a British Airways holiday which described sumptuous rooms. Anything butā¦!
Disliked Ā· My room was looking out on the to a tall rectangular courtyard, closed in by other rooms... which meant my room was pretty dull/dark. I was also really disappointed at breakfast based on the fact I was stopped leaving with a plain roll and butter - I was feeling a little poorly and I wanted to bring something small back to the room to eat over the course of the next couple of hours. I was literally chased out the door of the breakfast room and made put my roll back.
"Room 310 has no view, looks onto an unused courtyard with AC or water pipes running just outside the window."Read full review
