We chose this hotel because it was very central and accessible to both the old town and the new town.
The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival, during the stay and on departure. We left at an unearthly hour on departure and staff were happy to call a taxi for us.
Our room was on the small side (room 320) as it was one of the rooms at the front of the hotel on the corner. The view was great as it looked over onto a lovely fountain in the centre.
The room was clean and tidy and had a number of essential items in the bathroom. If I could request one thing in the room, it would be a kettle, tea and coffee making facilities. Sometimes you just fancy a tea or coffee when you wake up.
The room was quite small and the layout was awkward. The door didn’t open a full door width and actually had the wall cut out so the door handle could fit inside. I lost count how many times I open the door and hit the wall for it to bounce back in my face. If I was to stay here again I would prefer to have a slightly larger room.
The hotel supplied everything you needed as in towels, bath mats, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, cotton wool pads and many other items. There was extra pillows if needed and there was a safe in the room.
The breakfast was served in a relatively small dining area and did get quite busy if you went down for breakfast early. So I would suggest, go a little later when the rush is over. There was a good selection of Continental foods, meats, breads, patties, cereals, fruit, tea coffee and fresh juice. Again the dining area was spotless. The staff constantly go round cleaning up after residents left and the food was stocked regularly.
Value for money this hotel did not disappoint and we will definitely stay there again.
We had a room on a high floor with a small balcony facing the square (Plaza de Ayuntamiento!), a bathtub (!!!!) and twin beds as per our request - probably the best value for money I have ever had the luck to find. We spent nothing compared to what we got, the place is worth twice more than how much it costs.
Front Desk Staff very polite and helpful (...and patient with our awful Spanish), they always, always greet you with a smile.
Perfectly clean.
Common areas super useful (vending machines, restroom, deposit for luggage).
Whenever I'll come back to Valencia, I won't need to think twice: this is THE place to stay.
Everything about the hotel was super.
Our room was a good size and had a balcony overlooking the square.
The soundproofing was amazing - we heard nothing from the square during the night.
The bathroom was immaculate; fabulous bath and shower.
As others have said the staff were very friendly and helpful re buses to the beach and the arts and science buildings (which are the standout must do).
They also recommended a restaurant when the one I had chosen was closed and the meal was delicious and not expensive.
.
Very modern, small hotel. It’s quiet, you can opt in for breakfast, for 7.50 euros per person.
The rooms are small , but very cute, very clean and modern, and balcony, which is tiny , but still you are able to enjoy the plaza view, which is awesome. The windows are soundproof.
standard. The breakfast was lovely and served till 11am every day. The hotel is in such a perfect location. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. A must to do is hop on hop off bus €19 per person per day. (€20 for 2 days). Also visited Oceanographic and Saler shopping centre. Loved the hotel and will definitely stay there again
