My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend. We came to Valencia to watch a European game of football at the Mastella Stadium with friends.

We chose this hotel because it was very central and accessible to both the old town and the new town.

The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival, during the stay and on departure. We left at an unearthly hour on departure and staff were happy to call a taxi for us.

Our room was on the small side (room 320) as it was one of the rooms at the front of the hotel on the corner. The view was great as it looked over onto a lovely fountain in the centre.

The room was clean and tidy and had a number of essential items in the bathroom. If I could request one thing in the room, it would be a kettle, tea and coffee making facilities. Sometimes you just fancy a tea or coffee when you wake up.

The room was quite small and the layout was awkward. The door didn’t open a full door width and actually had the wall cut out so the door handle could fit inside. I lost count how many times I open the door and hit the wall for it to bounce back in my face. If I was to stay here again I would prefer to have a slightly larger room.

The hotel supplied everything you needed as in towels, bath mats, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, cotton wool pads and many other items. There was extra pillows if needed and there was a safe in the room.

The breakfast was served in a relatively small dining area and did get quite busy if you went down for breakfast early. So I would suggest, go a little later when the rush is over. There was a good selection of Continental foods, meats, breads, patties, cereals, fruit, tea coffee and fresh juice. Again the dining area was spotless. The staff constantly go round cleaning up after residents left and the food was stocked regularly.

Value for money this hotel did not disappoint and we will definitely stay there again.

The LOCATION cannot be better: you are in the middle of the city center and you can basically walk anywhere worth visiting in Valencia. Outstanding position.

We had a room on a high floor with a small balcony facing the square (Plaza de Ayuntamiento!), a bathtub (!!!!) and twin beds as per our request - probably the best value for money I have ever had the luck to find. We spent nothing compared to what we got, the place is worth twice more than how much it costs.

Front Desk Staff very polite and helpful (...and patient with our awful Spanish), they always, always greet you with a smile.
Perfectly clean.
Common areas super useful (vending machines, restroom, deposit for luggage).

Whenever I'll come back to Valencia, I won't need to think twice: this is THE place to stay.

Super location on edge of Adjuntment Plaza, we had booked the bigger rooms with a balcony which was a decent size though a Juliet balcony only. Very clean, newly redecorated and tiled in bathroom with a large comfy bed, AC and slim wall TV. A safe, teas and coffee with a kettle. Quick service at reception and a pretty good selection of cold, hot items at breakfast with fruits, croissant also available. No parking but a 5minute walk to a 24hr carpark which they get discounted to E15 per night. Two sets of double glazing doors to balcony kept out any noise from square even in 1st floor. Lovely place, no idea how only 2 stars

Location for us was fantastic! We stayed for 6 nights in an upgraded room with a small balcony and excellent view of the plaza and the changing colors fountain. With the windows closed we heard no street noise. The staff is competent, friendly and helpful. Our room (#112) was spotlessly clean and located on the same floor as the breakfast room which we found handy. The room size is modest and comfortable with a small refrigerator, safe and bathtub/shower combo. We would stay here again.

We got home last night and when we woke up this morning we really really wanted to go back, and not just because the weather in England is awful.
Everything about the hotel was super.
Our room was a good size and had a balcony overlooking the square.
The soundproofing was amazing - we heard nothing from the square during the night.
The bathroom was immaculate; fabulous bath and shower.
As others have said the staff were very friendly and helpful re buses to the beach and the arts and science buildings (which are the standout must do).
They also recommended a restaurant when the one I had chosen was closed and the meal was delicious and not expensive.

The location is superb, right in the central plaza!!!
Very modern, small hotel. It’s quiet, you can opt in for breakfast, for 7.50 euros per person.
The rooms are small , but very cute, very clean and modern, and balcony, which is tiny , but still you are able to enjoy the plaza view, which is awesome. The windows are soundproof.

Our room was cleaned every day and the bed was really comfortable we had air con. Which was needed.. In the bathroom supplied was shampoo bath/shower oil body moisture toothbrush and toothpaste with cotton pad nail file and ear buds.. We had also in our room a mini fridge with kettle for tea /coffee which was also supplied... How this hotel is only 2*..is beyond me.. Myself and my wife stayed here for 5 nights recently. Great break from start to finish. Airport is approx 20 mins away. Staff lovely and very friendly. Our standard room with balcony had a view over town hall square. The room is soundproofed to external noise but unfortunately not from room to room. The room was serviced daily to a very high
standard. The breakfast was lovely and served till 11am every day. The hotel is in such a perfect location. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. A must to do is hop on hop off bus €19 per person per day. (€20 for 2 days). Also visited Oceanographic and Saler shopping centre. Loved the hotel and will definitely stay there again

We stayed here in November 2019 and it was perfectly located in the centre of the city, within easy walking to all the sites. The rooms were clean and well stocked with amenities. The bed was a standard double only but we cannot fault it for the price! The staff were friendly and really helpful when guiding us to the various buses needed to get to the beach and science museum. Would recommend and will happily stay here again.

This his a review of the staff of this hotel. The hotel refunded my non refundable booking in May 2020 (made in October 19 way before coronavirus) due to borders being closed to UK arrivals because of Covid 19. Very polite and helpful and I look forward to booking with them to experience hotel at some future point. Excellent customer service
