Fabulous friendly kind and efficient lady on the reception area. Booked us a room for the end of June. We were able to see a similar room. The lady was very busy but was very accommodating. The room looked amazing. Big bed and great views over the harbour. We sadly have had to cancel due to BA cancelling our flight. We just wanted to say, that we will book again as soon as we can. The hotel was spotless. The room very spacious and great view. The food in the restaurant adjacent to the hotel was excellent too. All communication with the hotel was also 100%. We will look forward to our stay in the near future. A couple of staff who we met as they showed us to the room were happy and friendly too. The hotel has such a great vibe. Great position by the harbour.
This hotel is spotless and very comfortable, our room had a side view of the pretty harbour and the location is perfect for the beach and the restaurants . They have a small pool but we didn’t try as we prefer the beach .The price for B and B is very reasonable and the breakfast is good. We used the small train to get to see the town, it stopped right outside the hotel only 8 euros for 2 people return . Highly recommended this hotel
Weve just recently returned, Hotel is spotless, all staff were friendly and helpful, We went for a their Sea view room, on the 3rd floor, and wasn't disappointed at all, we will definitely be staying here again when in Calpe, only one downfall with the hotel room is there is no kettle, it was pain as us Briits do like our tea lol, but downstairs there's a lovely restaurant, and on the ground floor a vending machine for hot drinks, try the hot chocolate its gorgeous
Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Paid extra for port view (room 502) and awoke to an amazing view even though it was raining. The room was well appointed and interactions with all staff were positive. We ate in the Hotel restaurant and the food (Paella) was lovely. If I visit Calpe again I would definitely use this hotel again.
Lovely exceptionally clean hotel. Lovely breakfast and comfy beds what more do you need. Rooms cleaned to a high standard daily. A great location opposite the beach with amazing views. Will highly recommend. The price was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Modern rooms, some with amazing views over Calpe marina and its gianormous rock. The lady at check in was FAR from friendly (bad day??) and went out of her way to make the check in process cumbersome and unpleasant. But, all other staff (including the male receptionist) serving breakfast and cleaning the rooms etc were very friendly. Breakfast was very tasty (and plenty in quantity) and is served in a large spacious and modern room. Alas, no parking available on-site, but since it was in the low season we found convenient (free) parking in the adjacent street.
Everything about the hotel that we experienced was Very Good. With all the restrictions that are in place at the moment with hygiene the hotel was set up perfect. Sanitising machines everywhere and the room was the same. The view from our room was what we were hoping for and more. We cannot comment on the breakfast as we didn't have this. Great value and we will be back
Our second visit here. We love this hotel. Calpe isnt great for parking, but just down the street you can park up. The hotel over looks the port and the rock, on a sunny day, which is most days here it looks great. Nice modern room with little fridge. Great shower. Incredible clean. Breakfast not bad for the money and the breakfast staff were lovely and doing a great job in these strange times. If there is any downside to the rooms, tea and coffee facilities would be nice. But they do have a vending machine which sells it and a bar just outside the door, so mot really an issue.we will be back as soon as we can.
I stayed in this hotel for 20 days because I had a small operation and needed somewhere convenient to stay and chose it for the size and position. . I had a large comfortable, air conditioned room with a balcony overlooking the port, which is a very nice area and view! The bathroom was modern with a good size shower and good fixtures and fittings. The only problem I had is the television was small and old, didn't have a USB socket and only showed ITV channels. The breakfast is very substantial and good quality in a large airy dining room, the staff are very friendly and efficient. The hotel cleaning staff are fantastic, my room and bathroom was thoroughly cleaned daily, and bed linen changed frequently, my room always smelt fresh as did the corridors and lobbies. The reception staff are efficient, helpful and friendly. I would stay there again!…
We’ve just stayed here for 3nights which included the busy Spanish bank holiday weekend. The hotel is clean, well appointed and a refreshing change from a hotel chain. We booked the spa bath room and were allocated room 213 which had great views over the port and was spacious for the two of us including sun beds on the balcony. Our only slight disappointment with the room, is on the hotels website which we booked direct with, it advertised the room to have a coffee machine.... it did, but you had to buy the coffee pods from reception. This is the 1st hotel I’ve ever stayed in where they provide a coffee maker but not the coffee for it which we found very strange! Everything else about staying here was straight forward with parking outside in the port not being a problem to bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. We only booked ‘room only’ as found so many great restaurants in the area, however looking at the breakfast the hotel offers, it looked great! We also tried a local Indian restaurant just up the road ‘Bombay Grill’ which was fantastic, so good we went twice! Would certainly recommend staying here, we will be back 😎🇪🇸 …
