As much as it pains me to say as you'll all want to go this is the friendliest places where we have stayed. Staff we're fantastic all the time. Breakfast was ok easy access to the main shopping and bar areas of the old town would go here again. A big pat on the back for the staff.

My family of 5 have just returned from staying for 1 week, we were half board. We arrived at the Alameda at 11am, we were told that our rooms were not ready because check out is 12noon and check in is at 4pm. After explaining that we needed to change the baby the receptionist said she would try and get...

Thanks for the review. The hotel has a policy of making the rooms available as soon as possible, as a courtesy, for your convenience. It is great to hear you enjoyed your stay.

Stayed for 5 days over the Easter Weekend. The location of the hotel cannot be faulted. Right in the middle of the old town near the bars and restaurants and close to both Levante and Poniente Beaches. Checkin was smooth. The rooms are basic but clean. We were on the 4th floor directly opposite the lift and stairwell. Try to...

Visited 14-21 March. Stayed in 301. The room was VERY clean and tidy and housekeeping staff were excellent. However the room was small and cramped with very little storage space for clothes or suitcases and the bathroom was also small. The lift also backed on to the bathroom so was noisy too. Reception staff could do with taking a happy...

Thank you for sharing your experience, and sorry about the room. A change of room may be available, but if the hotel is full, it may not have been possible. Half of the rooms were refurbished in 2013, but not all. Regarding the beds, tell the staff, so the mattress can be exchanged. We do hope you may change your...

Thanks for returning and thank you for sharing. It is true the rooms on one side of the building don't have views, but the hotel features a rooftop terrace which is open all day. Thanks for mentioning our staff! Kind regards.
