We stayed here 28th Nov till 3rd Dec on half board basis. The hotel is in the old town,on a hill & about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We were well aware before going that the hotel is mainly aimed at Spanish people which didnt bother us. The reception area & bar is modern but everywhere else is dated...

Thank you for chosing our hotel and for sharing! Hotel Brasil is a 2 star hotel, next to the Old Town. Entertainment is directed to our Spanish guests, but just a few streets away you will find venues and bars with shows in English, mainly in the pedestrian area next to Levante promenade. We love to hear you will be...

Nothing to fault. In fact cant believe its only 2 star, it should be at least 3 star. Some nice little touches like shower gel and shampoo and hairdryers in room, spotlessly clean throughout with clean towels every day. If I had to criticize at all maybe the food could be a little hotter, although there was always a good...

Thank you for sharing your experience! We take note of your mention regarding the temperature of our bufet. We always offer our guests that they may chose between having lunch or dinner, just mention it to our maitre. Best regards.

Thank you for sharing! Spanish customers make up most of our guests, and our entertainment is in Spanish, but just a short walk away you may find plenty of bars and venues with shows of all sorts in English, in the Old Town and next to the harbour.

Great hotel for a 2 Star. Very clean, very friendly staff,. The only crticism is that the walls are very thin and it is noisy at times. Reception staff excellent very helpful. Went bed and breakfast but only ate there twice as we found the dining room too warm and a little noisy. Excellent for visiting the old town. Would...

Stayed at the Brazil a few years back and going again in 3 weeks time. Hotel is up a bit of a hill but I have asthma and it is just a steady stroll not a problem. We had a room overlooking the police station and used to wave to the police in the offices across from us and they...

Just spent 5 nights here and there's a few things I'd like to point out to anyone from the UK thinking of doing the same. Firstly, this is a Spanish local back street hotel, run by Spaniards for Spaniards. The staff are nice enough but the other guests are rude and make you feel unwelcome as much as they can. Yes there's...

The hotel does not state anywhere that we cater mostly for British customers. The hotel lies in the Old Town of Benidorm and most guests will be Spanish throughout the year. Some British guests may prefer this area to the New Town. But please let us point out that: - you can check with your travel agency what services are...

Stayed for a week on a bed & breakfast basis. All staff really helpful & friendly.Reception/Bar very smart, bedrooms basic, but spotless, cleaned every day.Breakfast really good, quality sausages, and easy to get a table. Love mixing with the Spanish guests, but location noisy, found it hard to sleep.

Thank you so much for sharing your view on the hotel. The entertainment is in Spanish, as you state, as most guests are Spanish. If you return and want a room not overlooking the pool you may request this at front desk. All rooms are exterior with balconies. Best regards.

A cosy hotel in the old town with comfortable beds and pleasant staff. The hotel offered us cold meats and salad when I arrived at 01:00 which was a nice gesture. Overall a pleasant stay but the food has let it down a little. A good selection but not to my taste.
