This hotel is one of the friendliest we have had the pleasure to visit, All the staff from the time you arrive can not do enough to make you feel welcome. The Hotel is very clean and tidy, rooms are serviced daily. The roof terrace is a great sun trap but early /late season the bar is not open so you need to get your drinks from downstairs bar. Entertainment is basic but if you join in with Alexis and mix with the Spanish guests you will be welcomed . Alexis does the best with the resources available to make your stay fun ,but he is never pushy a great guy very knowledgeable. For anyone looking for a comfortable friendly Hotel this is the one for you. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay a pleasure ...see you all soon xx
Had three night stay 10th-13th March, fantastic clean comfortable hotel with very friendly staff great food wish it was a longer break, will definitely be my first choice when we return to Benidorm next time
Just spent an enjoyable week at Cuco. Firstly I made a room request prior to travel and top marks as our allocated room on the 5th with balcony meet the request perfectly. Secondly the check in process is one of the best I have ever received. Belinda the receptionist at the time is a pure ray of sunshine and a credit to the hotel. The positives include great value for money on an all inclusive basis, a great modern property to include a very trendy reception/longe bar area. Good entertainment and a nice mix of fellow guests. All of the staff work extremely hard and I will also mention Florin the young barman who was again a credit to the hotel. Slight negatives are paper thin walls in bedroom although apart from our last night we had respectful neighbours.. Also the food was OK no better. Would definitely book again and really enjoyed the Benidorm experience with lovely weathet in early March. Thanks Duncan T …
We stayed at a group of 6. The hotel is lovely and modern and very clean. We arrived near midnight on the Friday and they offered us food even at that time. Staff were so friendly! Rooms were lovely. Only downside is there isn’t really a pool. There’s a rooftop terrace with a tiny pool and I mean tiny like the size of a hot tub! Nether the less it was great up there. Drinks weren’t great so if I stayed again probs wouldn’t bother with the all inclusive as didn’t feel we made the most of it. Good price and would stay again!
Hi all. This is our Honest review of our 6 nights stay at this Hotel between 23 - 29 February 2020. Firstly we got dropped off outside the Fiesta Park Hotel which is around the corner to the Cuco. Not a problem for us as we have no special needs to be dropped at the door. Booking I was really fast as only us to book in. Very modern booking in process with electronic pad to sign. We received our room cards which also acts as the All Inclusive card, no arm bands. Rooms are very modern, nice bathrooms. A paid for safe and open plan clothes rails. A kettle is provided but that's it. No fridge or cups or tea and coffee. A bit disappointed with this. If fridge and cups etc had been provided the rooms would have been excellent. The food on the All Inclusive was really very good. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were good quality and varied. The hotel had mainly local people staying which for us was a good sign. The only downside was the amount or lack of staff in the Hotel. They all did a good job but the were run ragged. Tables were not cleared as quickly as they could be. They all seemed to have multiple jobs and not enough time. If properly staffed again the Hotel would have got 5 Stars from us. Location wise we loved the Hotels position. Yes it was up a hill, but not a steep one. It was close enough to the old town and beach and far enough away from the noisier parts. If you have any questions that we may be able to answer, please do ask. We would definitely stay at the Cuco again.…
