The hotel is amazing in design. Each floor is different. We were staying I think the fourth floor, the room was all black, koupenla of wood. If you want to start something unusual, this is the right place. The only problem is the location. But front of door is a plenty of taxi cars.

WLAN unusable slow, very unreliable and only open for port 80/443. According to hotel staff this situation exists for years... 10th floor looked like a dark room, all in black, even the sheets and pillow. Some annoying constant sounds during the night. Very good breakfast

We wanted a modern 5 star hotel and the Silken delivered. Each floor is very different and the lifts are on the outside of the building. We liked the open air night club on the 13th floor with no windows! The breakfast was excellent with 5 star service. The food in the bar we thought was poor so we tried...

If you ever look forward to visiting a modern art exhibition, then you should for sure book this hotel. Do not hesitate to have a look on each floor lobbies and corridors... If you are waiting for a 5 stars GL service, then you should book another one. People at the front desk are very kind, smily and helpful but......

This very special hotel had a designer for each floor. We staid on the 7th floor, where the rooms are completely white, and where all shapes are round, even the bed. With domotics, you can control almost anything in the room (tv, airco, window, sunscreen, light). The staff is very friendly. There is a rooftop bar, which was unfortonatelly not...

This is a very nice property, the design of the hotel rooms is amazing, modern and clean, service is extremely efficient and friendly, brekfast amazing (a bit expensive at more than 25.00 pp) and is close to a metro station but....... The rooms are small, there is no privacy for when you need to use the toilet, the showers take...

Very nice hotel in the outskirts of Madrid at a perfect distance from the airport and very center of the city. All rooms have a unique design with a personal touch. The uniqueness of he rooms made the stay special in spite of for instance the size of the room and the fact that it was a popular tourist hotel...

Ideal for a short stay.when we arrived given a choice of floors to stay on..very difficult to decide which is best.Almost everyone did a tour of the floors to see what each was like..some were crazier than others. Not the best of locations but attracted a young glamorous crowd at night..not sure if this is a five star but top marks...

Great hotel with attentive staff and good service. Every level another designer with designer rooms. Unfortunately the design is responsible that there have been made some concessions to the standard 5* comfort. Still on a very good level but something to think about if you want to be spoiled with 5* luxury and comfort because you have to accept some...

Plenty is written about this unusual hotel with different designs per floor. Great for a short stay because the slightly craziness is interesting; learning how each room 'works' in half the fun. Practically, it drives you mad, though! No shelf in the 'bathroom'. TV obscured when you're standing up. Wardrobe doors that are too clever. But don't let that put...
