I stayed in this hotel for a night earlier this month and for the third time. It remains a good and comfortable hotel to stay in. This time I was also able to use its fitness room which is a small but reasonably well appointed one.

5 minutes from the nearest metro (cuatro caminos), friendly, spacious and luxurious hotel. Breakfast and evening meal very good. The light snacks in the public bar were not so good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A lovely modern hotel built around an attractive atrium, with pleasant spacious rooms that are very quiet (at least the one we had that looked out on the back of the hotel and the dining terrace), super clean, with friendly, efficient staff. Their restaurant is very good for lunch or dinner. I would advise having breakfast out, however, as the...

The room was nice and big, comfortable bed. There was a nice sitting area with 2 big chairs and a table in the room. Besides the regular little shampoo/conditioner bottles, they also provide toothbrush/toothpaste package, slippers and a robe. The lobby area was nice, friendly staff. There's a grocery store nearby, metro station and a self-service laundromat within walking distance.

We stayed here in February 2016 to visit our sons who attend University in Madrid. When checking in, we had a mix-up in the room we booked however once we pointed it out, the front desk staff was more than happy and gracious to put us in the correct room. Very smooth check-in. The front desk attendants are very helpful...

The hotel is very old, furnishing is very basic, but very neat and clean. When I arrived with my friend near midnight (straight from the airport), the small lobby was all dark except for the reception desk, and there was only one man there, so it was somewhat scary. If it was not so late and that we have already...

I stayed in this hotel a second time last month. I selected it again for ease even though prices had risen significantly. It is a good hotel, not in the city centre but not far from it. It suited my needs. It is a business and government district. So let me draw attention to any negatives in what is a...

Good sized rooms, clean, comfortable. Good air-con, temp control works. TV stations seemed to be all Spanish - could not find English channel and gave up after flicking through 50 channels. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Quick check-in and check-out. Views not so great from lower floors. Could not get the safe to work. No fridge - but this was not...

Dear Guest, First of all we are very sorry for the inconveniences you have suffered during your stay at our hotel. We can assure you that the situation you described is absolutely unusual in the hotel. Last year we have made a complete refurbishment to soundproof all our rooms in order to ensure the rest of our guests. Clearly something...
