The room was not so big but very cozy, I was on business with my family and they offered me an upgrade to a family room. The breakfast is excellent, with a lot of variety and good products. The atmosphere is modern and the decoration is nice. I hope I will come back to enjoy the swimming pool.

Although this hotel is typical of the Novotel brand, unfortunately my experience of customer service and satisfaction was left wanting on the this occasion. As a Platinum Accor member I'm usually assured of certain benefits: automatic room upgrade, free welcome drink. Neither of these were offered. The smoke smelt badly of smoke even thought there was a no smoking sign....

Dear guest, We are so sorry for the inconvenients. We have seen the booking remarks, you asked for a non-smoking and we are surprised if you find smoke smelt in it. We would have liked to move to another room, it wasn´t necessary to sleep with the smelt. We have taken the measures. We ask you for apologies for not...

Myself, Mum and Sister visited Madrid for 3 days last August and stayed here. It is in a great location as it is a few minute taxi ride to the main centre. There were shops around the corner too. The hotel was lovely inside and out. Even though our room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, it was smelling...

Given that this is a Novotel it actually has some character and when I arrived around 2300 there was definitely a buzz coming from the bar. The rooms are pretty standard for a Novotel. When I arrived my room had the sofa made up as an additional bed, which I didn't need and was quickly re-assembled as a sofa. A...

Staying one night for a business meeting in Madrid city center, location is not ideal due to heavy traffic to and from the city. But if you have business in Sanchinarro offices, great location! Hotel is good for business and clean, and has an ok bar. So I would recommend it if you're working nearby in an office for a...

Nice hotel near to offices.. there is also a shopping mall close by 10 mts by walk. Break fast is also good.. however the spring beds in the room are not so comfortable and squeak which is a bit irritating.

After a perfect stay in Granada we expected things to only get better with a 4* Novotel in Madrid, how wrong we were. We stayed for just one night with a series of mishaps. Firstly, one of our rooms was for three persons which meant we needed to use the sofa bed in the room. We had to open it...

The hotel is rather nice. Good pool and excellent food although massively inflated prices - you would be lucky to come away with change from a Ton (100) for a meal for 4 (2 adults 2 kids). We are also talking tapas sized portions which is OK as the food is so rich but for that sort of price you...

“Nice rooms are on top floors and with view on highway (yes, it is not mistake - windows protect against noise pretty well and view on mountains is great).”

“All rooms are the same really so it doesn't matter which floor you are on. Considering there is a multi- lane motorway in close proximity, the soundproofing is fantastic.”
