The room was small and it was listed as equipped with coffee maker and kitchen, however the kitchen was not equipped and the coffee maker was non existent. It was also on the fourth floor with no elevator. It was not located where we had to check in, it was about a seven minute walk to the actual apartment.

We visited Madrid just before Christmas 2016. The apartment was a short walk away from the reception and was brilliantly located to explore all the city has to offer. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything you needed for your stay, the only downside was the four flights of stairs you needed to negotiate to get to the...

A large spacious apartment and very good value. Excellent very central location. We spent 2 nights here and the apartment was very comfortable. My only comment would be to top up the number of cups and glasses, the apartment was for 6 people but there were only 3 mugs. But it really didnt matter. Dont forget if you book this...

Stayed at Sol Square Apartments 2 nights 21st & 22nd August, 5 adults on stopover in Madrid with a day sightseeing on the way home from northern Spain. Our apartment was a short walk from the reception in another road (Carmen) just off the main Sol square. 2 bedroom apartment, on second floor (no lift), had a double and single...

These apartments did the job, and for what we paid you cannot grumble. Centrally located, our 2 bedroomed apt was spacious, although it was a long corridor from the bedroom to the toilet, so if you're like me and have to get up to go a few times in the night, it can be a bit of a pain! However,...

Dear Client, We appreciate that you have taken the time to review our apartments. We do apologize for the misunderstanding we had regarding the availability of an oven on your apartment. As you mentioned, the building is going through reforms, and we got a bit confused with the new distributions of appliances. Nevertheless we are extremely happy that your overall...

Excellent location, multi lingual staff, rooms excellently kept and very modern. Nothing negative to say especially for what we paid for 3 nights in a European Capital. A great base for exploring Madrid and reception gave us great tips for sorting Real Madrid tickets

Set in historic streets and buildings with period architecture and features cleverly included to add to your experience. Modern style and facilities in each. Central Madrid apartments that are all set for weekends or holidays complete with access to visit plans, eating and local experts - enjoy! They'll be my first choice next time.

Good location, friendly service, a perfect place for a stag party to crash but I would also bring my family here too as it is very private and you do not hear your neighbours. Staying in Centro

Neighbourhood Profile
Centro
Expansive plazas, local and foreign crowds, street performers, colorful lights, window shopping, restaurant signs promising the best paella, ham, and churros con chocolate- this is downtown Madrid, a collection of plazas interconnected by a network of side streets. Some of these side streets are wide pedestrian shopping routes, and some are hidden, so it's possible to duck in and out of the bustle as desired. The iconic Puerta del Sol is the giant crossroads of the city and a must-see attraction at any time of the day. The nearby Plaza Mayor, completely enclosed by historic red buildings, is an ideal place to grab a bite to eat outside, amidst scores of tables and people out for a stroll. Plaza Isabel II (also known as “Opera”) is smaller and a good meeting spot, and the stately Plaza del Oriente is the front yard of the Royal Palace. Centro can be touristy (pickpockets are unfortuately not unheard-of here), crowded, and sometimes gimmicky, but it is also the place to experience classic Madrid.
