Luxury hotel, a bit too luxury for me as things were a bit pricy, they even charge you to use the spa if you stay as a guest. The room itself was spacious, as well the bar and restaurant areas. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially when arriving late and departing with later flights, so you can leave luggage...

This is a great hotel if you want the luxury of a 5 stars hotel in a great price. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, the location is perfect- right off the Metro station and close to bus stations to the city. The first room we got was a premium room with a lot of space a good size...

The only thing that are positive about this hotel is the service and the location. The facilities are really poor and the rooms are so dated. The air is so dry that I felt I was in a ski resort! The shower ran freezing cold to boiling hot, and hairdryer was from the 1960s! Don't expect 5* here. By no...

Staying in Chamberi

Neighbourhood Profile
Chamberi
Multi-story residential buildings decorated with ornate balconies line the traditional, quiet, and pretty streets of Chamberí. Humble storefronts and neighbourhood taverns are scattered across the lower levels down every block, and here and there, there's a cluster of tables on the sidewalk. It isn't ever crowded, but people are always out, poking into the tiny bakeries, hardware stores, and tobacco shops, or ducking into a bright, unadorned cerveceria to have a coffee or beer by the bar, flip through the paper, and check the sports score. The round Plaza Olavide, where the fairly regular network of streets breaks form, is among the most green and lively spots. Restaurants line its circumference and sought-after outdoor tables fill the center of the plaza, where people relax to the sounds of kids playing and street musicians' tunes.

Dear guest, The distance to the airport is about 30-40 min by cab, it depends on the trafic. If you take metro is around 30 min.

If you prefer shuttle service you can write an email to Front Desk to check prices

Thank you very much for comming.

Honestly, I do not know if a shuttle from airport to the hotel exists.

But I recomend to take a taxi at a (now) fixed rate of 30 euros.

Remember that a tip is not necessary, but if you wish to give one it has not to be 15% or 20%. One or 2 euros would be enough.

Don't know about the traveling part. Adapter IS necessary almost every where u travel. Best to buy kit which covers all of Europe and most of the world in fact. If u don't want to buy the kit you can go online and type in "what type of electrical adaptor do I need in Spain" and it will show you. Safe travels Its an amazing country.
