To even get into the bld u have to stand on street with all your bags and wait for customer service to answer your call get your name info and then buzz u in, as i was waiting, a vagrant was smoking 3 ft away and the smoke was blowing in my face, and the wind and it was cold, finally i got in, and the lobby has bits of food all over floor here and there, it was not really a hotel and not really a lobby as there was no receptionist just two screens, it took 3 calls and 35 minutes with phone call to customer service to get thru the process and u had to type in all the details all over again, passport expire date etc, very tedious and time consuming, they would not open the room til 3pm via an email to u, so that email came about 3.05pm and got to room and settled by 330pm so entire afternoon is lost, there is no where for them to store bags so u have to sit with the bags, there is no handy handout sheet of paper explaining anything like the fact, in any case the room is clean quiet, the important thing is there is no way i would call this a hotel, more and more some of the booking sites are using these quasy housing units and calling them a hotel, its a degradation of the language, i would say its a difference from a hotel, its what it is.…

I've stayed at this hotel last month and I chose it due to the proximity of the office (business travel). If you are looking for a basic/decent hotel, close to metro stations and with plenty of restaurant options around, this is a good option... otherwise, I suggest to select another hotel. Rooms are clean (daily cleaning service), equipped with a small TV set, a closet with a safe and a small desk with a chair. The hotel offers the option with a breakfast included, but I do not recommend it if you are staying more than one or two nights ... it offers the most basic breakfast of all I encountered... very disappointing.

A well located place to sleep. Clean. Rooms are poorly soundproofed so a noisy neighbor will be a problem. Breakfast is overpriced continental crap: industrial pastries and bread and machine coffee for 12,50 euros. 1 overwhelmed service person.nBreak fast somewhere else. People are very friendly. A definite plus in a grumpy city.

The Hotel is located in a very comfortable location, close to two central metro stations. The room I got was big, very clean each and every day with a very rich and tasty breakfast. Moreover, the best and most committed hotel staff I've ever met.

Good location, with three metro stations in the vicinity of the hotel. A somewhat quieter area, although on a main and busy road. Room was ok, bathroom a bit dated and smelly (sewage). Cleanliness could be improved. Breakfast - average produce, but sufficient variety.

Arrived vert early on a flight from argentina gentleman on reception dealt with us in a friendly and efficient man of even tried yo find us a room even though it was only 730 in the morning this wasn't possible so we walked into the city centre returned at 1130 and were allocated a room this was great as we needed sleep.THe hotel is in a nice area of madrid very clean breakfast was good staff all very friendly havnt got a bad thing to say just thank you for your courtesy and hope to be back one day

LOCATION The hotel is well located, and not far from the city centre you also two underground stations within a walking distance from the venue. As well, the Avenida de America coach station is very close to the hotel. ROOMS Rooms are fine and clean. Neverthless, I had to ask for a change of room since mine was on the first floor above a disco and I was changes without any problem. I liked the free bottle water they provide you when arriving. However, you cannot find on your bathroom since they are interested in reducing the plastic waste. SERVICE Service was very correct and staff did their best to make you feel at home. Reception staff was very helpful and willing to help you whenever you needed them. As I have said, they changed my room as soon as I ask them. BREAKFAST There is breakfast provided every day at the cafeteria of the hotel. You will not find a massive buffet of 5-starred hotel but more than enough. You can find some fruit, pastries, cereals, toasts and omelette. Moreover, the waiters are always ready to serve you.…
