The staff at hotel Preciados was excellent. They were very courteous and helpful with all our requests. They even gave us cava and grapes on the house to toast in our room and eat our 12 grapes at midnight.

Benefit and maybe disadvantage is the location. Close to shopping, restaurants, attractions. But also be ready for crowds. Mini bar is stocked everyday. Breakfast was extra, but good value and selections.
