First of all let me thank you for your interest in our Hesperia Madrid.
We are located in the financial center of Madrid, but we are very closed to the historical center by public transport. You could reach the city center by bus (number 27,14 or 150) or by metro, having the stop Gregorio Marañon just in front of the hotel.
Carlos III university is around 25 min away by car, and about 45-50 min by public transport ( metro or bus).
