Good hotel but a bit old but still functional. Only 10 min away walking from Atocha Railway station. Seems to be public parking on the surroundings so may be convenient to leave the car here and walk to the coty center. El Retiro and most of the museums such as Reina Sofia, Thyssen and El Prado are not that far...

This hotel is not in a prime location. Its situated in a quite long walking distance from any center or even restaurant area. Rooms level are average and less. They are quite clean but rather old, not really attractive or fun to stay at. Lobby looks nice and breakfast is fair in comparison to other hotels in Spain. Fact the...

We stayed in this hotel recently. Both me and my husband were sick and requested for a Kettle. They asked us to order warm water from room. They dint help us with other queries. Also, while checking out the guy at front desk was very rude. Location is ok but overall not a great experience. The staff is not attentive...

Dear Client, I would like to thank you for your comments about your recent stay at the hotel. I apologize if we didn't attend you as you need, but we don't have these services in our standard rooms. In your next visit, don't hesitated to ask for our Junior Suites where we offer a kettle service with tea and coffee...

Positives; staff multilingual and friendly. restaurant good value and location good for Atocha station. Good weekend rate with breakfast included (however I base this in fact I thought it was a 4 star hotel) Negatives; not a 4 star hotel as advertised in my opinion, room noisy could hear all traffic outside and every conversation of people in rooms around...

The hotel is clean, the rooms are cozy and the hotel is well located, near Atocha train station and Estación Sur bus station. The staff is very helpful. The main drawback is that metro stations are a bit far (10 min walk). I recommend this hotel.

We were generally very satisfied with this hotel but it caters more to the business traveller than the tourist. We were not bothered by the train noise at all, and the station is very convenient - just a ten minute walk. The breakfast was included in our hotel stay and it was well stocked. I thought the coffee was lacking...

I just stayed there with some friends and I have to say the hotel has a great location. We were able to go anywhere we wanted easily and the train station is very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of cold and hot items. I have to say that the caprese salad I had for dinner one...

The hotel is clean, spacious, it has a small room where you can exercise. (That was very important) The food was good during breakfast. It filled all our needs during the stay. The location is kind of distant of different stores or restaurants you might need to walk two or three blocks to find something good.

Good hotel. Pretty centrally located (though about a 10 minute walk from the Atocha train station). Very clean, breakfast was good (but I believe you have to pay extra for it). No metro stops super-close, but there are two within a 10 minute walk. Helpful staff (with a pretty good level of English). Gym was very tiny and I don't...
