I just left the hotel, where I was either in winter and summer, but never in between. because we are leaving winter, heater is still on, but we just had 3 days with 30C and when I tried to get the aircon in my room, Staff just told me there is no air con "yet". That their system to swap from heater to aircon and vice versa takes a couple of days so they basically activate it when season changes... But they recommended to open the window ..... It is furstrating how in XXI century some hotel companies still try to make money with cheap service (or not upgrading their infrastructure). So I recommend the hotel if you travel summer or winter, don't stay there in Spring or Autumm because you might have same problems I just had... terrible experience..... Location is superb, but there are around other 50 hotels same price in 2 blocks around. Staff was way better previous times... It seems that not having so many pandemic restrictions makes staff be a bit rude

We have stayed at this hotel several times during this pandemic as my wife feels very safe here. They go above and beyond to make us feel safe. The staff is friendly and professional. We will be back.

You can't beat the location of this hotel in the center of Madrid. The architecture of the hotel is extremely elegant and the staff couldn't be nicer. Rooms are well appointed with modern showers and plenty of amenities. Absolutely loved my stay!

My flight time was changed so i had another night in town ! I stayed here many times as it is adjacent to Atocha Rail/ Bus station and the YELLOW Bus goes straight to the airport with just 2 stops costing E5. My room was perfect with a delightful view of the park. Checkin was easy. Coffee / Tea facilities in the room. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices.

Perfectly located for those who would like to explore museums (Prado, Reina Sofia) and contemporary art galleries (commercial and not), this hotel has an efficient and very pleasant staff, always ready to help. The rooms are basically functional, but well appointed - good showers, good beds, and while small offer enough space for work if necessary, with a stylish desk light. As usual, rooms on the upper floor are better, more specifically the ones facing the botanic garden. 3 options: superior with view on 5th and 6th floor are a bit bigger and more quiet (there are 2 doors that isolate from the corridor; standard on the 8th floor (very sought after, I suppose) and standard with terrace (7th floor), which are probably the most quiet. I guess for 2 people, Superior with views is the best choice. As always with NH, the breakfast is excellent. Here, it is served in a spacious and airy room with plenty of natural light. The restaurant on the ground floor is quite pleasant as well. So all in all, a very good 4* hotel ,very conveniently located for cultural tourists and professionals. I have been returning regularly over the course of the past 6 years, and enjoy every visit. Only improvement I could suggest: the pillows!
