The Renfe station is Atocha, and this hotel is about 10-15 mins drive from there by taxi depending on traffic. If there are more than two of you, perhaps a taxi is the best and easiest option, otherwise there are two metro stations quite close by to the hotel which you can take from the Atocha station - plaza Espana metro or Principe Pio (but a bit of a walk up or down a hill so not that easy with a lot of luggage).
