1. booking process- excellent: by phone, website or using a third party. I used the 3 of them 2. service- GREAT, the personnel is fantastic especially Inez who LISTENS and makes you feel like she knows you for a long time. She really is an excellent host. She is the best breakfast host you will ever have. 3. cleanliness- 10/10 and a very nice scent when you enter the hotel 4. room- this is tricky but if you already know the dimensions it won’t be a problem. You need to know that this is a “place to spend the night” so that’s what you will get, plus the smile and great attention of the personnel, so you will have all necessary to spend the night in a very clean and modern room. If you are carring a big luggage you will have to be creative. Other than that, is convenient. They gave me an upgrade; so they really take care of you. 5. location: walking distance from.....every tourist point. The Atocha Train station is 5 min. walk, is right next to the Museo Reina Sofía, there are taxis everywhere, the metro train is 2 min. walk, Museo del Prado is walking distance too. Many restaurants, bars, cafés nearby.…
Great hotel, very clean and organized. Nice and welcoming staff :) would come here again for sure. Cool added features- music sound system on the room ceiling. Nice design and very good location, close to the train station and an art center.
We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Location: excellent, short walk from Atocha Renfe station. Lots of eating options around. One metro station (Estacion del Arte) just 2 minute walk, also many museums within walking distance. Reception: ok Room: small but adequate as long you don’t have much luggage Toilet: small but adequate Breakfast: simple affair with fresh juice and coffee, set up on rooftop very nice, young lady who served us (sorry didn’t get her name) was really friendly. We had breakfast on the first day, we had to leave at 7am non second day, so had to skip it. Overall experience: Lots of stairs to climb if you don’t want to wait for one small lift. I requested for 2 rooms together, about 2 months ahead, but we were given rooms in different floors. That was the only inconvenience we had. If you’re traveling light, don’t mind climbing stairs, then “It’s A Great place.…
Very comfortable beds, cutest use of space, lovely and efficient staff. Would return for sure! This little hotel is perfectly sotuated, 2 minutes from everything. The staff gave us the best welcome! Lovely plentiful breakfast on the rooftop terrace, ypu can also leave your luggage in a locker after check-out and go see the sights unumbered.
This hotel is charming and the staff offers a very personalized service. Breakfast is served at a nice terrace, with lots of choices, and people will call you by your name (amazing and charming!). The hotel is just at 2-minutes walk from the Reina Sofía museum, at 10-minutes walk from El Prado museum, at 15-minutes walk from El Retiro Park... it's also close to some metro stations and to Atocha train station, close to many places where you can eat!
Well located hotel near Atocha Station. Modern vibes but busy, timed breakfast service and check-in queues. Room small, bunk beds for kids (not as advertised) and sink in main room as there isn't enough space in toilet. Good WiFi. Aircon centrally controlled so not great, one half of room freezing and the other half hot. Noisy at night from outside rubbish collections etc mean a poor night sleep. Can't use the lift as its always being used by cleaners. Breakfast was fine, friendly and functional if a little basic. To conclude, a pitstop hotel. Poor sleep means that it's not a great choice for me.
This is a jewel! There are so many things we loved about this place: comfortable beds and pillows, minimalism, sustainability, great breakfast buffet (optional, for an additional reasonable fee), free Wi-Fi, a/c, clean, nice deco, the staff and the location. Sweet!
What a breath of fresh air this place is. Vanesa, Ines and Lucia were so kind, caring and helpful. My room was clean with a king size comfortable bed. Great choice of food for breakfast, included in the price, home made cakes and pastries. WOW.
I stayed for two nights, I booked the cheapest room with a single bed. The room was tiny but had everything I needed. The room was certainly worth the convenient location, perfectly working AC that came in very handy during the scorching hot days I was in Madrid.
Everything was clean and beautiful. Staff was amazing. Eco friendly hotel. Ines was a great hostess and all the employees as well. Felt like family.Walking distance to many places including Atocha train station. i love this location. Litterally 50 steps fron Reina Sofia museum. Downstairs there are many restaurants in the same street.
